Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement: three sand (zone - III) : six graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty milimetre) nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, ifnishing and reinforcement work up to plinth level with 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (one cement : one & half coarse sand : three graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty milimetre) nominal size) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a). Shelves (Cast in situ)

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidized/ Chromium plated M.S. tower bolt black finish, (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement: four coarse sand) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidized/ Cromium plated M.S. handles conforming to IS: 4992 with necessary screws etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a). 125mm( one hundred twenty five milimetre)

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. Casement stays (straight peg type) with necessary screws etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) 250mm ( Two hundred fifty milimetre )

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing fly proof wire gauze to windows clerestory windows & doors with M.S. Flat 15x3 mm and nuts & bolts complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.a) Stainless steel (grade 304) wire gauze of 0.5 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles (Kazaria / Nitco / Oreintbell make) conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dado over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (one cement: three sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3Kilogram per Square Metre including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with dark pigment shade to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm using ordinary cement thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) required etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (NTC make). a). Dark shade pigment using ordinary cement

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles (Kazaria / Oreint bell / Nitco make) of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (one Cement : four sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge a)0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (one cement: six sand) etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer- in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade etc. in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade in Old work (one or more coats @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

White washing with lime to give an even shade etc complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a). old work (two or more coats)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within all lead etc complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty etc. in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge a). Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within all leads etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. a). In cement mortar

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS: 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (Cera/ Hindware make). a) W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink as per IS:13983 with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) 610x460 mm bowl depth 200

Providing 2 mm thick corrugated polycarbonate transparent sheet roofing fixed with galvanized iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with limpet washer filled with white lead complete, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Sabic Lexan/ PC Lite Lexan/ Ultralite/ Polygal make)

Providing and fixing Razor wire fencing 9.50 Kg per 100 metre with angle iron post and fixed with GI steples, turn buckles etc complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.(Angle iron post will be paid separately)

Supplying and filling in plinth with stone aggregate under path in the glass house, including dressing etc. complete in all respect as per the sarisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
