Supply of Fully Built and Fabricated Four-Wheeled Electric Food Kiosk Vehicles (EVs) under the Food Channel (Kiosk) Scheme of the Government of Karnataka, implemented through D. Devaraja Urs Backward Classes Development Corporation Limited (DBCDC)

Certificate issued by the employer (Govt/Pvt/other bodies) certifying a satisfactory supply of Four wheeled Electric commercial Vehicles of battery capacity not less than 12Kwh including Fabrication of body (any type viz., Food Trucks, commercial goods carrier, waste management vehicle body etc. shall be demonstrated by Agency) as a prime contractor of quantity not less than 80% of the requirement mentioned in this document (i.e not less than 883 nos of such Electric Vehicles) in any one year of the last three years (2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26). And in case if the tender is an MSE (Micro & Small Enterprises) having a valid and active certificate then shall submit a certificate issued by employer (Govt/Pvt/other bodies) certifying a satisfactory supply of Four wheeled Electric commercial Vehicles of battery capacity not less than 12Kwh including Fabrication of body (any type viz., Food Trucks, commercial goods carrier, waste management vehicle body etc. shall be demonstrated by Agency) as a prime contractor of quantity not less than 40% of the requirement mentioned in this document (i.e not less than 442 nos of such Electric Vehicles) in any one year of the last two years (2024-25 and 2025-26). Above, condition is stipulated as per G.O Order no. FD 908 Exp-12/2019 Bengaluru Dated: 21.07.2020

Registration Certificate of the Firm / Agency

Possess a valid certificate for supplying of vehicles issued by a competent State/Central Government agency

Tenderer, who is a Manufacturer should upload Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certificate registered with the competent authority OR if the tenderer is an Authorized dealer of the OEM then shall upload Manufacturers Authorization form as per Section XIV)

Tender offer form as per pro-forma given in Section-IX should be uploaded

Tenderer shall upload a declaration as per Section XVI

Notarized Affidavit as per Section-XV should be uploaded.

Tenderer/OEM/Authorized dealer should have service centers in all the district Head Quarters of Karnataka to cater the service needs of the supply mentioned in the document. Copy of the same should be uploaded

Tenderer should upload a Certificate as per section XVII confirming the Commercial Electric Four-Wheeled Food Kiosk Vehicles beings supplied are compliant to Technical specifications mentioned in section VII of this document. (Preferably having ISI / BIS standard).

The tenderer shall submit Section XIII of this Tender document, to assess the bid capacity as per the clause of KTPP act & relevant amendments.

Tenderer shall upload all declaration as per Annexure - I & II

Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card of the Firm / Agency

Goods and Service Tax Active Registration Certificate along with its Annexures should be uploaded.

GSTR3B Returns should be uploaded for the period from November - 2025 to May-2026 (Last 6 Months Returns).

Income Tax Returns (ITR) duly filed for a period of three (03) Financial Years viz., FY 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26.

The Certificate issued by Charted Accountant with UDIN. To qualify for this Award the certificate shall represent Average Annual Financial Turnover of the tenderer having a value not less than estimated cost of the quantity in the Tender Document (i.e not less than Rs. 99.28 Cr) during the last 3 preceding financial years (i.e. 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 or 2023-2024, 2024-2025 and 2025-2026, if ITR filed for FY 25-26). In case if the Tenderer is a MSEs (Micro & Small Enterprises) having valid and active MSEs registration certificate then shall upload Certificate issued by Charted Accountant with UDIN representing Average Annual Financial Turnover of the tenderer having a value not less than 50 percentage of the estimated cost of the quantity in the Tender Document (i.e not less than Rs. 49.63 Cr) during the last 2 preceding financial years (i.e. 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 or 2024-2025 and 2025-2026, if ITR filed for FY 25-26). Above, condition is stipulated as per G.O Order no. FD 908 Exp-12/2019 Bengaluru Dated- 21.07.2020. Note- Highest of the above 3 Financial Years (above 2 Financial years for MSE) shall be considered for evaluation.

Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statements with UDIN of the last 3 preceding financial years (i.e. 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 or 2023-2024, 2024-2025 and 2025-2026, if ITR filed for FY 25-26) shall be uploaded. In case if the Tenderer is a MSEs (Micro & Small Enterprises) then the last 2 preceding financial years (i.e. 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 or 2024-2025 and 2025-2026, if ITR filed for FY 25-26) Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statements shall be uploaded
