Repair and Renovation of Saurasingipur S/M In Between RD 00m to 180m of BIP

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 meters outside the periphery of the area with all labour chages , T&P ,cess etc .Excluding GST . Complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling and removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within all leads & lifts with all cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc. with all labour, materials, T&P, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 m in depth with all leads, lifts & delifts etc. complete with all labour, materials, T&P, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation of foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil with all leads, lifts, delifts including dressing and leveling the bed to design section and depositing excavated materials away from working area in spoil banks with all leads, lifts and delifts including dewatering, shoring, shuttering and propping of bullah piles and construction of coffer dam if required, bailing out water with all cost, conveyance, labour and cess and all other taxes, cess etc. complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand with well watered and rammed including all cost, conveyance, royalty, cess and taxes of materials, excluding GST, but including labour charges etc .Complete with all leads, lifts, delifts etc as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of approved quality free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, uniform colour and texture including dewatering, cost, conveyance, royalty and all other taxes of all materials to site of work, tool & plant with all lead, lifts, delifts, watering and curing etc. complete with all labour for mixing by concrete mixture, placing in position by manually and compacting with vibrators etc. complete including hire & running charges of all machineries, cess etc. complete as per approved drawing specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and placing in position of Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 12 mm size hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete and compacting in layers not exceeding 15cm thick with proper packing and ramming each layer of concrete by means of vibrator including watering and curing etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for C.C/R.C.C.works including false works and dismantling then after casting including cost , conveyance, taxes,royality of all materials with all labour, T&P,CESS required for the work etc. Complete in all respects as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(For R.C.C foundations,plinth band,footings,bases of columns,mass concrete, precast slab etc.)

Filling foundation and plinth with good quality excavated materials including watering and ramming with all labour, T&P etc complete to the required level including cost, carriage & cess, taxes of all materials excluding GST etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
