Material and labour for repair to pot holes, any depth, not exc. 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scouring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blended with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply or premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing cake mud etc sweeping with broom and finally the cleaned suface with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 05 kg per 10 sq metre using paving Bitumen of grade VG-10, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with paving bitumen of grade VG-30, 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam with paving bitumen (Grade VG-30) @4% by weight of total Mix, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less), complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in floor/sub-base and finished even and fair, complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation 25mm thickness, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade laid with grey cement and mixed with pigment, complete all as specified and directed.(colour of tiles Red/Yellow or approved by GE)

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in kerbs or mud stops slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form works, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed, complete all as specified and directed. Make:Dark Eye/Green Lite/Gogia Plastic/Safe zone.

Supply and fixing solar cat eyes aluminium shall ( 100 % water proof design according to 65) of size (125 x 125 x 25 ) mm ( Shank 65 Mm) of high efficiency Mono crystalline solar panal 2.4 V/ 0.3 watt one NI-cd rechargable battery (1.2 V / 16000 MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10000 to 18000 MCD complete all as per manufacturer's instructions etc all as specified and directed. Make:Dark Eye/Green Lite/Gogia Plastic/Safe zone.

Supply only Paving Bitumen grade VG-30. ( For Price adjustment in Job Mix Formula) Rate is ₹ 77 for per Kg.

Note:- Deduction for Schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part-II) to be made of ₹ 10,500.00 from the total quoted amount of BOQ while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
