Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick ( square / rectangle) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the work over and including 15 thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

25mm thick Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub-base in floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

40mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth with Using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition in precast cement concrete walling built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches, pillars, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in block masonry with solid block exc 10cm in width and set as in wall etc in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surface and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash on walls, completre all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion on walls, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
