Providing strengthening to adeli zarap salgaon Mangaon ODR 53 km 5/00 to 7/00 tal kudal

1)Excavation for catch / side water gutter in all sorts of soils to the specified section including stacking the excavated stuff in a regular bund and disposing of unsuitable or excess stuff as directed all sorts of soils. 27/ 2.18

2)Supplying trap/granite/quartzite/gneiss stone metal of required size by bringing the boulders / Rubble at the road side breaking them to required gradation including conveying the boulders /Rubble and stacking the broken metal etc. complete . (Prior approval of sample stack of broken metal by the Ex. Engineer is necessary the date of approval will form part of the measurements) a)80 mm Metal, By breaking Boulders (Hand broken).

4) Supplying soft murum at the road site, including conveying and stacking complete.

5) Spreading 80/40 mm metal for road work including sectionong etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge .

6) Spreading hard murum/ soft murrum/ gravel or kankar for side width complete 29/2.30

7) Compacting the sub grade/gravel/oversize metal (200 mm loose) layers for all width with Power roller having weight 8 to 10 MT. including necessary, labour, materials and artificial watering complete.

8) Compacting the size metal (100 mm ) loose layer 8.00 to 10.00 M. width with static roller including necessary cheqe Item labour materials and artificial watering etc. complete

9) Providing and constructing 50 mm. thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40mm. stone layers metal 100% crusher broken metal with conical crusher palnt, heating and spraying the bitumen of specified grade @ 1.75 kg / sqm, spreading 12mm.size chips compacting with Static roller having weight 8 to 10 MT. to achive the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etc.complete, including including picking of existing WBM surface. (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates) IRC-SP-20, 2002 Clause No. 8.7.3 RA

10) Providng 20 mm thick premix bituminous carpet including supplying all materials, preparing and cleaning the base, heating bitumen applying tack coat at specified rate, mixing hot bitumen and chips laying the carpet layer and compacting etc complete by bulk asphalt (Cold mix with prior approval) (S.E. Circular 1) R.A.

11) Providing bituminous Liquid seal coat to B.T. surface including supplying all materials with all leads, preparing existing road surface, heating & applying bitumen, spreading chips, rolling complete. (by using bulk asphalt) (bitumen at the rate of 0.98 kg / one square metre 60/70 grade) RA

12) Excavation for foundation in earth, soil of all types, sand, gravel and soft murum, including removing the excavated material up to a distance of 50 m. beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete. (Lift upto 1.5 m.) By Mechanical Means

13) Providing dry/ trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss rubble stone soling 15 cm to 20 cm thick including hand packing and compacting etc. complete.

14)Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of M10 proportion with trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal in foundation including necessary formwork, compacting and curing etc. complete,( with reversible Drum Type mixer with SCADA With fine aggregates of required specifications (Natural Sand / VSI sand finely washed etc)

1 5)Providing cast in situ / ready mix M10 grade cement concrete for head walls of CD work / retaining walls etc. including necessary form work, compaction, finishing and curing etc. complete. (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) with SCADA with fine agreegates of required specifications (Natural sand / VSI sand finely washed etc ), cement 4.05 bags/cumt)

16)Providing and laying weep holes of 100 mm diameter PVC pipes as per drawing for abutment returns, return walls etc. Complete.

17)Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of IS 458:2003 NP-2 class of 600mm diameter in proper line, level and slope including providing and fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 and curing etc. complete 11.10 Rs.4099

18)Fixing in position Road Junction/ Informatory Sign Board in ground with C.C.1:4:8 block of 60cm x 60cm x 75cm size including all leads complete. MORTH 801 RA
