Taking down the compressor and fill up existing refrigerant gas in separate cylinder, disconnecting of electric motor, refrigerant line, gauges pipe, taking out the rotor crank shaft, opening and dismantling of compressor for general overhauling, Mode-l JS 83 F, Make : Blue Star, Capacity- 100 TR, carry out the inspection of compressor, Carry out the general overhauling including replacement of springs, aluminium washer packing, screw, lath work, cleaning with detergent, cotton waste etc and cleaning the suction filter, oil filter, replacing the defective parts, assembling the compressor, testing for leakage with nitrogen gas and rectify them, recharging of refrigerant Gas R-22 & compressor oil and testing the compressor and complete servicing of chiller units along with chiller electrical panel complete all as specified and as directed.
