Terms & conditions:
1. All civil work shall be executed according to the approved drawings of UPPTCL.
2. The quantities are tentative and may vary up to any extent or deleted during execution as per actual approved layout plan & site condition.
3. All civil work shall be carried out as per UPPWD/UPPTCL specification.
4. Rates in BOQ are exclusive of CGST,SGST.Labour tax shall be borne by contractor.
5. Pozzlona Portland cement confirming to IS 1489(Part 1) 1991 of approved quality like ACC,Ultra Tech,Birla or equi.shall only be used.
6. Overweight steel section within tolerance shall be measured at standard weight and underweight steel section within tolerence shall be measured at actual weight.
7. In case any change in Bill of Quantity is suggested by higher authority that will be binding on the contractor.The agreement shall be executed on the approved Bill of Quantity only.
8.In case of dismantling of civil structure at site, 60% brick work shall be treated as fresh brick,30% as brick bat and 10% as debris.Fresh brick and brick bat shall be issued to firm /contractor at prevailing/pertaining SOR.
9. The amount of scrap steel recovered from dismentaling shalll be issued to firm /contractor at 1/3rd of rate in prevailing/pertaining SOR.
10.If tendered or quoted rates are below W.r.t. Departmental SOR then additional security/Performance Guarantee shall be deposited by tenderer as per GO 622/23-12-2012-2 Audit/08.
