Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius build in cement mortar 1:6.

All as per item No 3 above but except bricks.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 metres mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar (1:4) complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finished even and fair without using extra cement.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cm (1:6), finished even and fair (Without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L three coat of white wash on newly prepared surfaces on wall , etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demoliton of cement concrete in ground floor paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping etc, including weathering slightly rounded champers angle forming channels & form work.

M & L PCC type C-1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded agg) in suface channel in drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L forming fair finished drain or channel, 30 cm inner girth, cement concrete finished even and smooth, using extra cement including forms moulds etc.

Add/Deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 40 mm thick PCC type B - 1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring finish even & smooth using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 38mm wide glass dividing strips, 3mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including finished surface even & fair without using extra cement as in plinth protection,Path,etc including necessary form work of edge all as specified and directed. Note: 10mm wide and 75mm deep joints shall be made at 3 mtr intervel and at each corner and the same shall be filled with using bitumen 85/25 and sand in the ratio 1:3.

M&L for antifungal Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 22 to 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment over & including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block 60mm thick with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 grade, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 19 above but except paver block.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced as in chullah hoods, drain cover, shelves and plate form etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pre cast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 as in manhole cover, drain cover and set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending and binding with MS wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 300mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 450mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs/ tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 18-20mm thick Granite(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified.

Dismantling post or struts (wood,steel or RCC) any position, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, post embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc.

Dismantling of chain link fencing any size or type.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, filling of post holes etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for mild steel angle or flat iron conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 as in support/ hanging including embedded in walls after making the holes of required size and filling with CM 1:3 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for mild steel work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 as in fencing posts & struts including cutting tops to shape as required, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) and embeding in concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only 3.15mm dia GI wire 100x100mm mesh (chain link fencing) made up to mattresses or cages lapped wired and laid in position including closing and tied with RCC posts properly complete all as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire.

S&F in repairs Mild steel round bars 10mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips conforming to Fe-410 W.

S&F in repairs Galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc all as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal /square heads at one end & screwed the other/ screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers & one hexagonal or square nut,length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long dia of shank 5 to 10 mm.

M&L two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on steel surfaces of any description not exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint.

S&F 1.00mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in covering to door shutters; covering to door chowkats (frames) cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched;incl round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc.,with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/riveted seams including bending, turning up,mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as reqd complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete type C - 1 (1:3:6) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed blocks,fillings for holdfast etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of white wash on old prepared surfaces on wall etc complete all as specified and directed.
