OUTSOURCING OF RESOURCES FOR MANGANGEMENT OF OPERATION OF SWIMMING POOL, STP, PUMP HOUSE AND WATER SUPPLY SERVICES AT HQTC BANGALORE

Out sourcing of resources for operation of E/M plants installed at Main Pump house installation at HQTC with DG set of capacity 82.5 KVA and its connected electrical control panel with auxilliary systems and control including its periodical maintenance such as greasing, checking of system, tightening the bolts and nuts rount the clock in three shifts with one operator in each shift of 8 hrs on all days including sundays and holidays (from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) all as specified and directed. Details of E/M Plants need to be operated. 1. Electric driven pump sets-60 HP - 02 Nos. 2. Electric driven pump sets-20 HP - 02 Nos. 3. Electric driven pump sets-12.5 HP - 02 Nos 4. Electric driven pump sets-10 HP - 02 Nos 5. Vaccum pump set 3.0Hp -01 No 6. Gaseous chlorinator plant 02 Nos. & Altoch GP dosing systems -01 No.

Note for item No 1 : (a) The operator employed should have ITI qualified experience or having minimum 4 years in the relevent trade.Relevent work experience / qualification certificate must be submitted prior to commencement of contract. (b) The payment must be directly made to the bank account of the operator and account statement shall be produced for claiming bills of payments. (c) Operator/technician engaged in work shall wear proper uniform with name plate depicting details of the technician and strictly comply with disciplinary instruction issued by Engineer in Charge. Non wearing of uniform shall be penalised @ Rs-150 per person /per shift. (d) Opretor employed should performed dealy chack for proper fuctioning of all plants and informrd to JE E/M/AGE E/M if any abnormal fuctioning soon after the notice. (e) Operator is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of all plants and sarrounding area of the pum house.

Details of plants at Swimming Pool installation : 1. Electrical driven mono block pump sets- 10 HP - 02 Nos. 2. Pressure sand filters of capactiy 120000 LPH - 02 Nos. 3. Electrical driven mono block pump sets- 1 HP - 1 No. 4. Gaseous chlorinator plant - 01 No 5. Control the balancing valve of simming to collection tank 6. Wash out the snad filter time to time as required all specified and directed by Engr in charge -02 Nos

Outsourcing of resources for operation of E/M equipements installed at sewage treatment plant (STP) HQTC and its connected electrical control panel with auxillary systems and including its periodical maintenance such as greasing, checking of pumpsets, pressure filters,tightening the bolts & nuts, in two shifts, with one operator in each shift of 8 hrs on all days including sundays and holidays (from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) all as specified and directed.

Note for item ser No 2 & 3 :- Details of plants at STP installation : 1. Electrical driven mono block submersible pump sets- 10 HP - 02 Nos. 2. Pressure sand and carbon filters of capactiy 36000 LPH - 02 Nos. 3. Gaseous chlorinator plant - 01 No. 4. Electric driven air compressor of 7.5 HP- 02 Nos. 5. Submersible pump sets 3/2 Hp-04 Nos ( Sewage collection sump & pressure filter feeding pumps) 6. Pumping of treated water to SWT's and sports grounds by controlling valves in the distribution network ,checking for leakages etc all as directed by Eng-in-Charge.
