CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10 (One cement, five sand and ten aggregate) using 40mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for Foundation and Basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification. As directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting Steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as columns, Beams and Lintels in all floors using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cmx10gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx6mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10cmx6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre of centre and supported by Casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., completed. As directed by the departmental officers.

Cement concerete 1:3:6 using graded mix of 20mm and 40mm HBGS jelly @ 2:3 ratio for foundation and Retaining wall including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick etc complying wih std specification as per ss 28.

Precast concrete solid block masonary using approved quality of solid concrete block of size 400x200x200 mm of grade C (5.0) conforming to IS 2185 ( part 1 ) 2005 with follwing cement mortor in accordance with IS 2572 - 2005 including mortor plastizer curring etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
