RAPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF 11/0.433 DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS AND 33/11 KV POWER TRANSFORMERS, OUT DOOR HT STRUCTURES AT DRDL/ASL AREA UNDER GE (I) RND KANCHANBAGH, HYDERABAD.

Material and labour for locating UG cable fault through high voltage UG cable testing van through TSSPDCL or any authorised service provider in HT cables of any size or distance complete all as specified and directed to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting electrically and mechanically indoor/outdoor transformers indoor/ourdoor upto 2500 KVA capacity, carefully for major/minor repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for draining out complete transformers oil from the transformers upto 800 KVA capacity at site which found major repair and storing the oil in suitable container (container to be provided by the contractor to keep aside for re -use (after repair) and lifting of core assembly by opening of top cover and other items for checking of faults/repair and lowering / refixing the same in its original position after inspection to make it ready for transportation to carry out rewinding work in workshop including transportation of unservicieable transformer upto 800 KVA capacity to workshop. Note:- rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation , T&P and man power ) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 3 above, but for transformer capacity 1000 to 5000 KVA.

Supply only rectungular copper conductor of size and thickness as per the OEM specification to obtain the rated impedance values and KVA rating as specified by the OEM for various transformer capacities step down 33 KV for making HV/LV coils including the class 'A' insulation paper, IEC standard, high density laminated board confirming IEC 60763 of required thickness quality all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and removing of the unserviceable silica gel breather supply and fixing new silica gel breather with silica gel for following capacities of transformers as per existing model and size all as directed.

Supply and fixing HV bushes complete with brass stud and nuts, check nuts, cups etc., complete for transformers up to 500 KVA, 11/0.433 KV and removing burnt out/unserviceable item complete all as specified directed. Note:-The rates quoted is deemed to be included the cost of necessary labour charges for draining out & re-filling transformer oil, opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts washers and connections.

All as per item No. 08 above, but for transformer capacity 630 to 2500 KVA.

Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil in transformers/OCB of indoor/outdoor/ isolation type at different location with centrifusing machine electrically operated and achieve die electric strength 60 KV including carrying out oil testing before and after the dehydration process for each transformer complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Transformer oil for topping up will be mesured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule.

Supply and topping up of new transformer oil as per IS :335, die electric strength not less than 60 KV with the help of Filtration plant complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Power Oil/Electrol

Supply and fixing LV bushes with nuts, check nuts etc complete for transformers up to 500 KVA, 11/0.433 KV and removing burnt out/unserviceable item complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-The rates quoted is deemed to be included the cost of necessary labour charges for draining out & re-filling transforer oil, opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts washers and connections.

Supply and fixing in replacement LT studs made out of brass with nuts and washers etc as per existing size and shape complete after removing the unserviceable studs of following capacity of transformer all as specified and as directed. Note:-The rates quoted is deemed to be included the cost of necessary labour charges for draining out & re-filling transformer oil, opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts washers and connections.

Disconnecting the transformer of any capacity and any make, out door/indoor type from platform / two pole structure by opening HT/LT side connection, earth connections etc and shifting it to another location by crane and putting it in proper position including connecting all collections on HT/LT side and earthing strip to neutral and body and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Work shall be carried out as and when required during break downs.

Opening top cover of transformer decanning of complete transformer oil and keeping it in cleaning and dry container taking out complete core with windings and segregating of HT/LT leg coils, dismantling and reassembling of core after thorough cleaning including assembling and jointing connection HT/LT coil in core complete with all insulating material making new star delta connection proper alignment including keeping owen chamber of 100 degree C. temperature to remove the moisture fixing of upper yoke lamination checking tightening of nuts, bolts etc and making good any deficient item testing and putting inside transformer tank after duly cleaning with suitable cleaning media filling of transformer oil closing the top cover properly and testing for capacity up to 400 KVA, 11/0.433 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix 110 Volts Power Pack for 11KV Vaccum circuit breaker of any capacity and any type including removing old unserviceable one and all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying electrical rubber matt confirming IEC 61111 ISI marked of 30 KV grade, 4 mm thick, 1.0 mtr width, blue coloured anti skid taxture finish ROHS/PAH complete including fixing on ground using necessary chemical adhesive liquid all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with copper plate electrode 600x 600x 3 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate, not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip earth lead of size 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts/check nuts and washers etc of galvanised iron, protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40 mm dia upto a length of 4 mtr away from earth electrode and connected to main switch/control board including necessary excavation earth work in any type of soil and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 for earth chamber, 40 mm thick RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B1 with 6 mm dia TMT Bars at 140 mm cc both ways, watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade GI, funnel, wire mesh, lugs, charcoal and salt etc complete all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part I and testing complete including removing unserviceable any type of items all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanised iron earth strip of size 32x6 mm with GI medium grade protection pipe of 40 mm dia for earth electrode upto test point or upto 7.5 mtr whichever is less, by means bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron including necessary excavation earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit (1:3:6) type C1 and RCC cover (1:2:4) type B1 of 40 mm, watering pipe 20 mm dia GI pipe, wire mesh, funnel, lugs, charcoal, salt etc complete all as per electrical plate No. 3 or SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for CRCA sheet of thickness 3.15 mm out door type encloser fabricating to a shape required to enclose the out door bus bars providing intermediate openable doors through out length with SS locks, canopy on top through out the duct as required at site including providing air vents duct, powder coated the enclouser and canopy with not less than 50 micron, fixing the enclouser using necessary angle iron supports, nitrle rubber insulators including removing old bus duct enclouser, screwing bus bars during replacement as required at site. Note : The drawing of enclouser fabrication to be submitted in prior for scrutiny of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for CRCA sheet of thickness 3.15 mm out door type fabricating openable door/canopy for the existing out door type LT Panel with all hinges , door locks and providing air vents as suitable including replacing the old damaged doors and fixing with necessary hinges/welding to the panel, duly powder coated of RAL 7032 coloured not less than 50 micron thickness all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fabricating feeder distribution layout board on acrylic sheet of thickness 3mm and size as required at site designing the layout as per the sketch provided by the Engr-in-charge using ecosolvent print including lamination and fixing to the wall using necessary fixing nuts, bolts and spares as required at site. The job includes removing of old layout board from its position complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply installing testing and commissioning in replacment the relay module Micom P111 making necessary cutting in the existing panel and necessary control wiring FRLS of size not less than 2.5Sqmm and providing Ferules for identification and necessary spares for fixing complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge.

Testing and calibration of protective relay provided on 11 KV breakers P111 relay and all auxillary relays incoming and out going feeders with control panel and control cable differential relay once in a month through authorised service engineer, Checking of instruments function and taking corrective action for improvement if found improper, Checking the condition of transformers (Oil & winding temp and B/H relay) and taking corrective checking and operating the switch gear and trip circuit of HT panel/breakers for its proper functioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay, test and commissioning of XLPE insulated HT cable, screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable of 6350(UE) / 11000 (E) volts grade with multistranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 95 sqmm ; 3 core including providing cable lugs and to be laid in trenches, fixed along the poles bare or through pipes complete and removing the unserviceable cable all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and earth work / sand / cable covers will be measured and paid seperately

All as per item No. 53 above but of size 185 sqmm ; 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc.1.5 Mtr in width and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in depth for laying of cables and getting out in hard/dense soil etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply installing testing and commissioning in replacement the relay module Micom P127 making necessary cutting in the existing panel and necessary control wiring FRLS of size not less than 2.5Sqmm and providing Ferules for identification and necessary spares for fixing complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge.
