Cutting cast iron pipes/GI pipes of size 80 mm dia and inserting Tee of size 80x80x40 mm and branches including necessary earth work and other connected work complete all as specified and as directed.

External Electrification

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning outdoor LT Distribution Panel suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts to Hz supply system with suitable size and powder coating provided with suitable to make it dust/vermin proof. The panel shall be made with 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet for outer shell and inner shell made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet, double door with front and back openable with locking arrangement, provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom, inner shell completely vermin proof and to accommodate incoming / outgoing MCCB, MCBs and suitable rated TPN aluminum bus bar and extension links of rating not less than 1.5 times the rates capacity of the respective MCCBs. The TPN busbar and extensions link shall be insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on epoxy resin insulator. Current transformer with ration 400/5 Amp -1 No. All control wires shall be with 2.5 sqmm multistandad copper conductor wire and shall be properly bunched, tied ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of lugs. PILE FOUNDATION

Drilling / boring through any type of soil (soft/loose soil or hard/dense soil/stiff clay/sand/cobble stone/soft conglomerate/loose boulders) up to the depth as directed/indicated for 500mm outer dia bored cast-in-situ vertical piles duly stabilizing the sides by drilling fluids (Reverse or DMC method) or by driving 6mm thick casing pipe upto loose strata or refusal level or by any other approved method and disposal of drilling/bored material to a distance exc. 50m. and not exc. 100m all as specified and shown on drawings.

Note for Item No.38 to 40 (i) Concrete and reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) The boring of piles shall be commenced from original ground level before carrying out site leveling work. The depth of boring of piles shall be measured from the top of original ground level to the approved founding level. (iii) Bentonite slurry used for mixing with soil (obtained from the boring) shall be disposed off out side MD land as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The unit rate quoted against above item shall interalia be deemed to included for this operation and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account. (iv) Casing pipe used while driving of piles shall be removed after providing RCC cast in situ piles as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for M-35 design mix concrete for cast-in-situ piles using termite method including chipping of piles from cut off level to a minimum height of 50cm including necessary excavation and earth work together with disposal of chipped off concrete and spoil obtained from excavation to a distance exc. 500m. and n.exc. 1000m. complete all as specified and shown in drawings. Note :Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

M&L for high strength deformed steel CRS bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cracking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified. and as directed.

M&L for high strength deformed steel CRS bars, 5mm to 10mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders all as specified and as directed.

Carryout /Conducting SPT all as per IS - 2911 Part -IV - 1985 in the strata where pile is proposed to be rested / terminated incl bringing at site all testing equipment making arrangement for testing and removal of the same after completion and recording the test results and test sheets completed for 600 dia to 700 dia piles all as specified and directed.

Carrying out/conducting testing of pile for Initial load test all as per clause 6.1.5. & 6.1.6 of IS-2911 Part - IV - 1985, for 71MT ultimate load on test pile of 500mm bore including bringing at site all testing equipment, making arrangement for testing and removal of the same after completion and recording the test results and preparing the test sheets complete all as specified and directed.

Carrying out/conducting testing of pile for routine load test all as per clause 6.1.5. & 6.1.6 of IS-2911 Part - IV - 1985, for 43 MT ultimate load on working pile of 500mm bore including bringing at site all testing equipment, making arrangement for testing and removal of the same after completion and recording the test results and preparing the test sheets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for carrying non-destructive integrity test on piles as per IS:2911 Part IV by using pile integrity tester complete as specified as directed

EOT CRANE 20 TON

Design, Supply, install fix, Testing and commission of indoor type class M7 duty electrically operated, overhead travelling crane (EOT) of capacity 20 Ton, Double girder type over head travelling crane (EOT) of capacity 20 Ton,suitably designed for the proposed building/structure.confirming to following specification complete:- (a) Cross travel (CT) span - 8 mtr (b) Long travel (LT) span 15.3mtr (c) Clear Hook high - 6 mtr from FFL (d) Speed (M/Min) (i) Cross travel - 15 M/min (ii) Long travel - 25 M/min (iii) Main hoist - 03 M/min (e) Control system - The control panels shall be provided with VWF controls. Supply and fix roof mounted Turbo ventilator 600 mm sweep, including metal base plate with SS variable duct suitable for roof mounting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected using galvanised iron strip 32x6mm as earthing earthing lead by means of bolts nuts, check nut and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Note: 1. The unit rate shall also include for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC M-25 (design mix) cover 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia CTD bars @ 150 mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe medium grade 40 mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under sub-heading earthing, specified on Sl. page No.347 of SSR Part-II. 2. On completion if desired value is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing at his own expenditure.
