Supply of nut bolt

Supply of neoprene rubber sheet

Supply of flange 400 mm

Supply of 400 m dia MS pipe with 10 mm thickness

Transprotation of T&P Equipment, men & material including tools & tackles for labour (to and fro)

Making safety arrangement at site for labour, helper machinery etc to avoid any mis happeining at the time of work

Dismantling the pre installed old submersible pump from the sump by cutting the old nut bolts from the pipe line on the surface and place as per instruction from the site incharge with the help of long boom crane and gas cutter

Manual Labour for various works like excavation, fitting, fixing of MS pipe etc. Providing support to welder gas cutter and electrician etc and skilled labour for supervising, fitting of pipe submersible pump and installation of cable and starter and other electrical works

Lowering and installation of the Submersible pump set along with heavy duty SS Chain in the main sump with the help of long boom crane & labour with all safety equipments

Making the required connections of the Starters connecting cables with making joints , thimbling , tapping etc. for supply arrangement including carrying out all the works with providing of material and consumables (like power supply cable and thimbles) for both submersible pump set as per site requirement.

Testing & Commissioning of the starter and complete with setting of relays as per load requirement and testing of operations for starter first at No Load and at On Load as per site requirement.
