Scope of work: 1.Erection of 40 MVA 132/33 KV Transformer. Unloading & Dragging of Transformer 2.Assembly of HV & LV Bushing. Assembly of Buchholz relay and oil surge relay Assembly of Tertiary Bushing (If applicable). 3. OLTC conservator Mounted Assembly of Radiator. 4. Filtration of Transformer oil. Pre-Erection Testing of Bushing. 5.Connection of all Transformer Protection device like (PRV, Buchholz relay, OTI & WTI) , wiring of transformer accessories 6.Commissioning of Transformer, Obtaining statuary approval from competent authority Pre-Erection Test: 1.Tan delta Test of Bushing. 2.Bushing CT test Pre-commissioning. Testing of Transformer as follows: - 1. Insulation Resistance Test, Polarization Index Voltage Ratio test, Magnetic balance test, Magnetizing current Winding resistance, Tan delta test of Bushing, Tan delta test of Winding. SFRA Test . 2.Oil Test: DGA Test (Dissolved Gas Analysis). Water content Test Dielectric Strength of Oil. Specific Resistance Dielectric Dissipation factor, Total Acidity check of Transformer, oil Inter facial Tension. Flash point.
