Excavation in trenches/foundation not exceeding 1.5 m in wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for erraction of pole/laying of cables / GI pipe and getting out in the soft/loose soil of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading clean, fine, dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of under ground cable / inside transformer yard complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast concrete cable covers , class HV, type 1, flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay common burnt clay building bricks sub class 'B' laid in trenches as protection to cables complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Road cutting / hard standing for laying of HT/ LT UG cable upto a depth of 15 cm, and repair the excavated portion of road as existing or by providing suitable mixture of PCC complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm bore galvanized iron light grade pipe for cable protection complete with all fittings fixed to wall or laid in floor/road crossing or on pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 (Earthed) volts grade, of size 3 core 120 Sq mm. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Lay 240 Sqmm 3.5 Core of 1100 volts grade LT UG Cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, laid in trenches/ducts, fixed on wall/inside panel, drawn through pipe including cable glands and cable lugs for conecting up with control gear complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cable termination 11 KV HT ( Cold Shrinkable) cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 Core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, errection, testing and commissioning of Transformer outdoor type capacity 100 KVA, 3 phase, 50 Hz double wound with copper winding in mild steel tank as per IS 1180 Part-I (2014) 11KV/433 volts with tapping arrangement to HT side to vary secondary voltage (+) 5 % to (-) 5% in step of 2.5% on HV windings of circuit, vector group DYN-11, mounted on suitable PCC Plinth, inltial filling of unused transformer oil and making connection from 11 KV HT bushing to epoxy cable box including all undermentioned accessories complete including disconnecting all connections and taking down existing transformer from plinth/poles using necessary crane/transportation and deposit to AGE E/M Store Yard complete all as specified and as directed all as per manufacturer's instructions :- (i) HT side terminal box - 01 No. with suitable bushings - 03 Nos (ii) LT side terminal box - 01 No with suitable bushings - 04 Nos (iii) Lifting lugs - 04 Nos (iv) Oil conservator tank with drain plug - 01 No (v) Silica Gel breather - 01 No (vi) Drain valve with plug - No (vii) Explosion vent - 1 No (viii) Temperature guage with for oil & winding - 1 No (ix) Earthing terminals - 2 Nos (x) Air release plug - 1 No (xi) Offioad tap changer with locking facility - 1 No (xii) Oil level guage - 1 No (xiii) Rating & connection diagram plate - 1 No (xiv) Extra Bushing for neutral in the LT Cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral.

S&F in repair Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for switch Air break Gang operated , triple pole , mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 Amps 11000 Volts complete including necessary jumper with ACSR Conductor as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Lightning arrestors complete with all fittings, station class, discharge capasity 65 KA, 11000 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix expulsion fuse (DO Fuse) single pole along with post top insulators suitable for 11000 Volts including connecting the same to the supply with necessary fixing material such as aluminium jumper , binding wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & spreading / loose filling, stone aggregate of size upto 40 mm, not exceeding 15 cm in depth in sub station around the transformer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip of size 32.x 6 mm as earth lead, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, connected to earth testing point including necessary excavation, earth work, PCC Pit, RCC cover, funnel, watering pipe etc and breaking and removing the unserviceable materials complete all as specified and as directed.
