Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) of Granite, trap & Basalt, spread, rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L to applying evenly a priming tack coat of paving bitumen VG-10 @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming tack coat of paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm by mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidate thickness with 5.5.% binder content paving bitumen VG-30 confirming to IS-73-2006 by weight of total mix and OPC-43 grade using as filter material laid with mechanical paver rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Bituminous concrete shall be mixed in hot mix plant, transported from plant to work site and laid/spread by means of mechanical paver finisher . (ii) Filler for bituminous concrete shall be OPC-43 grade @2% of total mix. (iii) Contractor shall quote his rate on the basis of binder as mentioned in this item. If there is any negative variation in the actual binder content used as per design mix approved by GE, the rate shall be adjusted @ Rs.53.00 per Kg of binder used. However no price adjustment shall be made if the binder content works out to more than as specified in said item. (iv) Work shall be executed as per design mix approved by GE.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam using with paving bitumen VG-30 grade of any penetration of consolidated thickness 75mm or less with 4% binder content by weight of total mix, laid & rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 1 to 2mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&Fin repair of traffic Sign board made of 3mm aluminium composite panel sheet over retro reflective sheeting triangular shape of size 600x600x600 mm with any description / traffic notation fixed with 3m MS post of 75 mm outer dia with necessary back side frame including painting any shade and necessary excavation for post holes of size 30cm x 30cm x 30cm deep with PCC 1:2:4, Type B-2 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of dual directional reflective cat eye of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm of impact resistant ABS plastic stud having ultra-voilet resistant colour with plastic strip containing 31 mini retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow to each side and fixed with 12mm dia 120 mm long Zinc plated steel nails at the centre of cats eye by hemmering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of solar delineator road of size 1000 X 47 mm, made out of polycarbonate and toughened aluminium body fitted with high intensity retro reflector in yellow/red colour fitted on CRCA pipe 47 mm dia and 100cm long powder coatead or stove enamelled white / black colour provided with steel wire mesh made up into cage for safety of reflector and embedding the same in PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregae complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Size of PCC block for embedding delinator shall be 30cm X 30cm X 30cm and cost of PCC shall be included in the rate of this item.

S &F in repairs of Flexible spring parking post barrier, these bands of highly reflective sheet pasated on specially designed groves for long life, make it highly visible from distance a night or in bad weather, spring post is easy to install with 03 nos fastner in each without any damage to roads or 7 surfaces complete all as specified and ditected. Spefication :- Height of spring paring post barrier of elastomeric polymer is 750 mm and round shape with 03 Nos tpaes in each post with orange colour.
