M&L for 75mm PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm stone aggregate ) as in Pavings, Floors etc, surface finished fair and even, without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured, glossy finish precast 60mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block Grade M-35 made with grey cement and pigment manufactured by automatic hydraulic compression with high compressive strength, any size, pattern and shape as approved by GE, laid dry over and including 30 mm thick sand cushion in patterns with different colour paver block /tiles as in path, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) 25mm thick as in sub base/floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry and painted in white or coloured cement in floors including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in flooring 25mm thick as in sub base/floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rustic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular), polished area of tiles exc 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm each in floors etc set and jointed with grey cement slurry and printed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of colours over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, mass concreting, sub base of floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast 1:2:4 type B-1 solid curb stone of size 300x300x150mm, and crushing strength of block not less than 2KN/Sqmm, size and shape of block as approved by the GE laid over PCC, jointed and pointed in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B; brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate ) as in coping including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint, white or tinted over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
