Repairing and Replacement of Defective Street light SMC Box and other Associate work in the Sector-2 area of IITG campus

Suplly and drawing following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor,single core cable in the existing surface/recess/pVC conduit as required make Havells/Finolex/RR Kabel or equvalent

i) 2 x 1.5 sqmm + 1x 1.5sqmm earth wire

Supply and installation of SMC box sizes 295x195x100 mm (syntax/devipolymer/hensel with terminal loop out terminal strips MCBs make Sintex

Supply and fixing 5amps to 32 amp rating 240/415V C curve miniature ckt breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete connection testing and commissioing etc as required

i) Single pole

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and alluminium lug for following sizes of PVC insulated and PVC sheated/XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as required

b) 6 sq.mm 3 core cable

Supply of 1.1KV Grade PVC/XLPE insulated Armored Aluminium underground Cable (Approved Make ,Havells,KEI,Polycab,RR Kabel,RPG,NICCo,Finolex, CCI Incab)

i) 35 sqmm 3. 5Core

ii) 4 core 6 sqmm

Laying of one no PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 11KV grade of following sizes direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning , protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required (Cable will be supplied by the Institute)

i) Up to 35sqmm
