Taking out existing CC interlocking Paver Blocks from footpath / central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meter lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Dismantling of Fencing Dismantling of barbed wire fencing / wire mesh fencing including cutting of earth, foundation concrete, posts, back filling of pit by manual means including disposal of dismantled material with all lifts and up to a lead of 1000 meters, stacking serviceable material and unserviceable material separately. Dismantling of Existing bituminous surface (Flexible pavement) upto average depth of 50 mm by way of mechanical milling, including loading of dismantled material and transportation of same to the dumping ground / place as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge includes all lead and lift. Bituminous Concrete Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a Electronic Sensor paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 507 of specification, Using Batch Mix Plant of appropriate capacity, for Grading-II (30-40 mm thickness) Bitumen Content minimum 5.4%with 60/70 bitumen(VG-30) (MP ROAD AND BRIDGE SOR 2025) - SOR No 5.6 a (v)

Providing and fixing of Precast RCC Drain cover of size 750 x 600 x 70 mm (thickness) with 6 holes, manufactured by using M-30 grade of concrete reinforced with 8 mm dia Tor Steel @ 100 c/c both ways, manufactured by vibro compaction process using joint less FRP moulds, so at to achieve shuttering finish on five faces @ top face will have broom finish etc complete. Providing and laying factory made coloured chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks of required strength, thickness and size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of stone dust, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand including locking edges with M 15 cement concrete in footpath, light traffic parking etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 80mm thick C.C. paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design and pattern. Supplying and installation of Synthetic Hockey Turf having minimum 13mm pile height of global category surface with minimum 15mm cast in-situ shock pad on prepared bituminous surface maintaining International Hockey Federation (FIH) specifications. The FIHapproved Synthetic Hockey Turf should be impermeable to water, UV protected which can withstand the toughest constant stresses hockey. The Synthetic Turf should be of suitable colour approved by FIH as per direction of the Engineer-inCharge with appropriate border all conforming to FIH specifications. After satisfactory completion of the work, Global Category FIH Certificate is to be submitted. NOTE: 1. The agency should be in the approved list of FIH preferred builders and have supplied and installed at least 02 FIH Certified Global Category Hockey Field in India with the same proposed product/brand including complete subbase during the last 03 years in their individual capacity and not as Joint Venture. 2. The proposed product/brand should be of European/American/Australian origin only. 3. The proposed product should be from the list of FIH Preferred Suppliers/ FIH Preferred manufacturers. MR 01
