M&L for Preparation of old surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement based paint, including external scaffolding work. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment of old wall surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces exc. 10 cm in width and girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces exc. 10cm in width and girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Complete removal existing old painted wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather proof) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Applying french polishing on old wooden surfaces of any description including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exc 30 cm height with white colour synthetic enamel writing paint on circular or rectangular black back ground of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for writing stops,commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets, etc.

M&L for Uprooting of wild trees such as grass/bushes etc from the roof / wall surfaces / AC sheets / soil pipes surrounding including its penetrated roots with suitable cleaning chemical and making good to the damaged plaster by providing CM 1:3 or with PCC 1:2:4 including finishing the surfaces to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as direceted by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster from brick / stone / concrete surfaces of walls & ceiling any description including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on brick / stone masonry / concrete surfaces including finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound on external surfaces stone masonry/concrete surface or brick walls finished fair & even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC shall be measured & paid seperately

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) on ceiling surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size quality or description) from wooden frames or steel frames of stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square panels or with wooden bead not exceeding 0.5sqm each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 30 above but pin headed or figured glass.

Demolition and breaking up drain AC pipes/PVC pipe set in cement mortar of any size complete all as specified and directed.
