REPAIR TO HARDSTANDING INTERLOCKING TILES, CHEQURED TILES AND ALL CONNECTED ITEMS AT ZONE 4 AND 5 AREA IN NVAL DOCKYARD UNDER AGE (B/R)-II OF GE (NW) kunjali

Demolition of stone/brick masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortat 1:6, complete all as specified.and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, upto 7th floor of bldg.,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick pre polymer modified ready mixed cement based plaster in two coats 10 mm thick base coat and 5 mm thick finishing/final coat. Polymer modified ready mixed cement based plaster should having minimum composition of cement & sand 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS-383 suitable for external plastering having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a matalic tray only to made good, consistency as per the specification of the manufacturer and applied over exterior damaged and concrete/masonary surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall, soffits, facia roof and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic based paint (100% acrylic) over one coat of cement based primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for madrasi dana plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under and including layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10 mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in lintels upto 1.5 M clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Gravel filling in floor/pavings, deposited, spread andl evelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.
