Dismantling single layer Mangalore pattern tiles or similar tiles in roofing including necessary fillets and similar items and taking out from the site without disturbing existing false ceiling complete all as specified and as directed

S&F for 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws with two corrugation side lap complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling battens of tiles of any size and description spaced exc. 15cm including tiling fillets complete all as specified and as directed

S&F for 2nd class hardwood clean sawn tile battens, cross sectional area exc 5 and n.exc 15 Sqcm spaced at 30 cm centres to centres fixed with nails complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Measurements shall be taken overall including both battens and spaces. Deductions shall be made only for openings exceeding 0.4 sqm each).

Dismantling timber in scantling, fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc over 40 Sqcm in section in unframed work in any position complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 2nd class hard wood, clean sawn, in scantling timber unframed work complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No.07 here-in-before but except timber complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Serviceable materials obtained from dismantled shall be re-used.)

S&F for rolled mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming Fe 410-W(Gde-E-250) quality -B (like rafter & purlins etc) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 as in batterns for roofs, post, purlin, rafter etc complete all as specified and as directed.
