Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any morter complete.

Material & labour for 75mm thick Cement concrete as in sub base of floor type E2 1:5:10 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete.

Material and labour for 20-25 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab 600mm x 600mm size flooring over and incl 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, roughening of old concrete floor surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and wahsing down with water to remove dust including brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg/sqm with pigments to match the shade of slab including cutting, rubbing and mirror / granite finish polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 18-20mm thick machine cut kota stone as in vertical surfaces, rises of steps, skirting, dado and pillers etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of stone slab laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for coloured vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortor 1:6 complete.

All as per serial item No 06 but in skirting portion with 10mm thick backing plaster in cement mortor 1:4 -ditto-

Material & labour for acid resistant tiles 15mm thick vitreous ceramic, unglazed, set, jointed and pointed in chemical resistant mortar, resin type, in floors and dado at lab counters.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (with out taking off shutter from the frame) of any description alongwith fittings exc 1.5sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each and remaining form site complete.

Taking down Shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each and remaining from site complete.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc 2 sqm each and refixing in same opening after necessary repairing complete.

Supply & fixing pressed steel door frame with one or more rebate including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock stricking plate of size 105 x60mm complete.

Material & labour for PCC Type C1, 1:3:6 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in filling of pressed steel frame, hold fasts and similars articles complete.

Cutting holes in brick walls in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required built in cement motar in brick wall depth of embedded portion of holdfast exc half brick but n exc one brick complete.

Supply & fixing 2nd class hardwood factoy made plain,framed,panelled shutters (two panel) 35mm thick, with lock rails and panel of 9mm B. W.P commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rails and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chamically pressure treated.

Supply & fixing sheet glass 4mm thick plain ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/wooden beads as directed in squares n.exc 0.50 sqm in each pane incl hacking out old broken glass complete.

Supply & fixing Butt hinges, medium weight cold rolled 100 mm size complete.

Supply & fixing aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section 200mm long all as specified

Supply & fixing Extruded aluminium alloy handles fabricated type anodised 150mm size complete.

Supply & fixing aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolts 250mm long with hasp, staple (bolt type)and fixing clips of sheet cast or extruded section and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections as specified.

Material & labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of Plastic emulsion paint, over surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described complete.

Material & labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of Plastic emulsion paint, over surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described inlcuding complete removal of existing treatment.

Material & labour for preparation of new painted surfaces of steel and iron work of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on new surfaces complete.

Material & labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamelled paint including preparation of old decorated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm girth or width all as directed by the Engr in charge

Material & labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of pink primer including preparation wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm girth or width all as directed by the Engr in charge

Material & labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamelled paint including preparation of old treated wood surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm girth or width all as directed by the Engr in charge

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft or loose soil complete.

Removing excavated soils to a distance exceeding 50 mtr and not exceeding 100 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete.

Material & Labour 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggr ) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 25mm thick Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation

Material & labour for 60 mm thick, M 35 grade, Machine pressed coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658- 2006 with grey cement and pigment complete.

Material & labour for Plain Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges of paving blocks as directed including use and waste of form work.

Supply & fixing for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 20-25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over & including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in cement mortor (1:6) complete.

Material & labour for repairing of R.C.C projections, chajjas, roofs, facia etc in patches not exceeding 3 Sqm in each patch by necessary preparation, Scrapping, cutting, chieselling, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose R.,C.C surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates and reinforced with welded mesh (If Reqd) of weight exc 2 kg per sqm but n.exc 3kg/sqm with or without facia and finished with cement and sand motar (1:3) using coarse sand and work in patches, area n.exc 5 sqm each and thickness of R.C.C member n.exc 75mm including necessary form work and applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces in at any height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note: Cost of form work and welded mesh shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor against this item complete all as specified and as directed.
