PROVISION OF CERTAIN B/R AND E/M MINOR WORKS AT AF STATION JAIPUR

Providing & fixing false ceiling with fully perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular eged or 10 mm thic square edgd GRG false ceiling all heights with GRG (Glass fibre reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRCO 0.5 to 0.75 as per IS 8225 : 1987, Noncombustible (Fire resistant/retardant) as per BS-476 (Part4)-1970, fire resistant/retardant and light relectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on and including interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main 'T' runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per Sqm) i.e 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully thread hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85 x 25 x 2 mm, galvanized iron parimeter wall angle of size 24 x 24 x 0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to fixed on periphery wall/partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre and 40 mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down Chowkatts or frames exc 1.5 sqm n exc 4 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters form the frames) complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement or lime plaster of any description complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or stone masonary in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in pillars, boundary pillars and fencing post or similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified

M&L preparation of steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint exceeding 10 cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting opening through old stone masonry walls, built in cement mortar for door, window and other opening, etc or cutting out defective masonry for underpinning including providing fixing and removing shoring, cleaning and stacking stone and removing surpulus to store and rubbihs off the premisses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying 2 mm thick water proofing wall care putty and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gms/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkaly & fungal registance, dirt resistance exteriour paint of required shade (company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Occupancy sensor (Movement detector) of capacity 6 A, 50-60Hz, coverage area 20-25 m2 complete all as specified and directed.
