Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonary, etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of fencing barbed wire/wiremess of any thickness or size and round bar etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in post holes in any type of soil each n.exc 0.5 cum , getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC in embedding of chain link fencing, rounded or chamfered on edges type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate including necessary formwork, including demolition of old cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm below or above ground floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for mild steel Angle iron as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire , etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work and similar conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Mild steel Round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, includinig cranking, bending spirally for hooping of columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to Fe-410 W complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Weight of chain link fencing will be ascertain by BOO.

M & L for Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F framed work such as grills gratings, sunshed cover fixed with nut bolts incl,cutting drilling holes etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed baluster, walk ways, railings, framedwork or water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 gde E 165, including dismantling of old MS work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for painting steel surfaces exc 10 cm in width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Preparation of newly steel and iron surfaces of any description n.exc 10cm in width or girth when connected with other painting, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling framed timber scantlings 40 sq. cm & over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Steel work in purlins / rafters/ post with round / rectangular/ square hollow mild steel tube and other section (Fe 290 Gde E 165) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment (Fe 290 Gde E 165) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal / square heads at one end & screwed the other/ screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers & one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long dia of shank 16 to 20 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick, trapozoidal pattern of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding in wall, fixed with self tapping screws of any gauge, thickness etc, including dismantling of old Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, ec) sheets roofing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 0.45 mm thick galvalume sheet precoated coloured ridge suitable for profile pattern sheet fixed with self driving screws etc, including dismantling of old Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, ec) sheets roofing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in Cement -mortor 1 : 6, including demolition of old brick or stone masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removing of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds, mitered /stopped ends complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. etc.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part there of over or under 30 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls, etc incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on wall in cement mortar 1:4 on brick wall / Concrete surfaces of finishing the surfaces even and smooth etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on wall in cement mortar 1:4 on Random Rubble stone masonry of finishing the surfaces even and smooth etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for RCC Nominal Mix (1:2:4) type A-1 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in Beams, Cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span, coping over wall etc and including demolition of old R.C.C. of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing pre cast Reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graged aggregate) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin, blocks, cover slabs , shelves and set in cement mortar 1:4 (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately) etc and including demolition of old R.C.C. of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings laid in layers n.exc 15cm thick spread levelled and compacted with mechanical earth compactor including watering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for mirror polished Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over 15mm thick screed in CM(1:4) laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polishing complete and including dismantling of old Stone slabs /Kota stone of any description or thickness etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L Kota stone slab 12-15 mm thick in skirting, over 15mm thick plater in CM (1:4) & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polishing complete and including dismantling of old Stone slabs /Kota stone of any description or thickness etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor to receive tiles or kota stone, including demolition of old cement concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 600 x 600x 8-10 mm thick coloured vitrified tiles in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screeed bed layer in CM (1:6), including dismantling of old floor, hearth or wall tiles / terrazo including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for 600 x 600x 8-10 mm thick coloured vitrified tiles in dado/skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match fixed over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4), including dismantling of old floor, hearth or wall tiles / terrazo including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L for coloured designer tiles exterior grade ( ENDURA OR Equivalent as given in Appendix 'c') 9 to 10 mm thick over and including 15 mm thick cement mortor 1:6 set and jointed in floor and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floor, including dismantling of old stone slab/interlocking/concrete tile complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material and labour for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chemically treated chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with aproved colour, design & pattern as in foothpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strenght, thickness & size / shape, made by table vibrating method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including average 50mm thick compacted bed of stone crush sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, , including dismantling of old stone slab/interlocking/concrete tile complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F in repair glazed 12mm thick toughened glass with frosted film on both sides of glass as in door incluing handle floor spring, locks and with all necessary jointing cleats and all necessary stainless steel fitments complete all as specified and directed.
