Demolition of brick work , built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc including demolition of precast RCC articles and disposal of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with sub class 'B' of old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 02 above but except bricks. NOTE: Old burnt clay bricks retrieved from demolition shall be used.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position and removing the debris outside from defence land complete all as specified and directed .

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions as in roof kerbs or mud stops, roof padding rounded or chamfered on edges; surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.(Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including dismantling of existing treatment in following procedure:- (a) Laying 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC 3% by weight of cement on fair faces of concrete roof surfaces, finished even and fair to receive treatment on roof complete. (b) Providing and applying Nano water base waterproof compound one coat after surfaces preparation using brush, not containing toxic materials like Pb, Cr, Zn; having defect free nano particles with inhibiting characterstics having bacteria killing rate above 98% and anit-fungal properties with contact angle of water more than 75 degreee, permeable type with elongation (strech ability) of more than 300%, in a nano-structred self assembled dispersion system with VOC level of less than 1%, 60 micron DFT. (c) Appy two coats Nano Carbon fibre based Nano Bond (base-4 : hardner 1 ratio) (d) Providing and applying Nano Barrier Coat Paint/Nano water base water proof paints 2 coats over screed concrete using brush, not containing toxic materials like Pb, Cr, Zn; having defect-free nano-particles with inhibiting characterstics having bacteria killing and anti-fungal properties, with super-hydrophobic properties with contact angle of water more than 750, with elongation (stretch ability) or more than 300%, in a nano-structred self assembled dispersion system with VOC level of less than 1%, 60 micron DFT per coat. Notes:- (i) Work to be carried out by authorized applicator and as per manufactuer's instructions. (ii) Ponding test will be carrried out with filling of water for continous 48 hours and if there is any leakage than entire treatment will be done again by contractor without any additional cost. (iii) The rate includes for filling cracks in existing roof with epoxy cement mortar using suitable bonding agent before laying cement plaster.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on walls/ceilings etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required and removing of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) on fair faces of brick work ,concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required complete all as specified and as directed.(Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for preparation of newly plastered external surfaces of wall and applying two or more coats of 100% Acrylic smooth exterior paint (Weather coat),Premium quality having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.79 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm (weather proof/weather coat) without any brush marks on the surface in any colour over and including 1 to1.5mm thick water proof cement based wall care putty and necessary scaffolding up to three storeys height of bldgs, Shade/colour shall be approved by GE, all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting down plants / trees of girth not exc 15 cm & surface are not exc 0.36 Sqm each from roof tops /sides of external walls of buildings, chajja, wall junctions, junctions of of rain water / soil /waste vent pipes including taking out roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the surfaces including repairing the CI/GI/PVC joints of affected locations by applying TUFALO (herbal medicine )and making good to suit the adjoining surfaces using PCC type 1:2:4, type B-O or cement mortar 1:2 complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as specified. NOTE: Any CI/GI/PVC pipes and fittings damaged during work shall be replaced by new one to insure leakage / seepage free joint without any extra cost to the department and Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall included for use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc ,hoisting, lowering and protective measures etc up to four storeys height of bldgs and removing of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only `Liquid Water Proofing Compound. complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for writing letters or figures (block, Roman, Italic or Indian) exceeding 15 cm high but not exc 30 cm high etc with synthetic enamel paint including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required,Shade/colour shall be approved by GE, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore, steel tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm bore Steel water tubing 'medium grade', galvanised with all fittings like elbow, tee, socket, bend etc and fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 15mm bore old Steel water tubing including all new galvanized fittings like elbow, tee, socket, bend etc and fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Old Steel water tube/pipe any type retrieved from taking down shall be used along with all new GI fittings)

Taking up or down 20mm bore, steel tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethlene water storage tanks three layers of 500 ltrs capacity white in colour ISI marked (cylindrical vergical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including 20mm thick Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 20mm-210 gms) including Dismantling of old broken water tanks and refixing of inlet, outlet & over flow pipe including tank nipples etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutter and rain water pipe any size any pattern , PVC/ AC pipe including all fittings ,heads shoes, bends etc including removal to store ,Internal dia of pipe in 110mm complete all as specified and directed.all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls all as specified and directed.(ISI MARKED)

Notes : The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule(BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
