M&L for cutting down plants / trees of girth not exc 15 cm & surface are not exc 0.36 Sqm each from roof tops /sides of external walls of buildings, chajja, wall junctions, junctions of of rain water / soil /waste vent pipes including taking out roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the surfaces including repairing the CI/GI/PVC joints of affected locations by applying TUFALO (herbal medicine )and making good to suit the adjoining surfaces using PCC type 1:2:4, type B-O or cement mortar 1:2 complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as specified. NOTE: Any CI/GI/PVC pipes and fittings damaged during work shall be replaced by new one to insure leakage / seepage free joint without any extra cost to the department and Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall included for use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc ,hoisting, lowering and protective measures etc up to four storeys height of bldgs and removing of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.
