Providing, supplying and placing in position executive office desk of approved design and size, fabricated from 18/25 mm thick commercial/BWR plywood or MDF, with required internal framework, modesty panel, side panels and drawers, finished with 1.0 mm thick approved quality decorative laminate on exposed surfaces and matching edge banding, including drawer units with suitable channels, handles, locks and hardware, cable-management provision, levelling and all necessary fittings, fabrication, polishing/finishing, transportation and installation, complete in all respects as per approved drawing, design, specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, supplying and placing in position high-back executive office chair with ergonomic design, cushioned seat and back with high-density foam, upholstered with approved quality fabric/leatherette, moulded/padded armrests, 360° revolving and height-adjustable mechanism, multi-lock/tilting mechanism, pneumatic gas-lift, five-star nylon/metal base with twin-wheel castors, including all necessary fittings, hardware and accessories, complete in all respects as per approved make, model, specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, supplying and placing in position visitor's office chair with cushioned seat and back, high-density foam, upholstered with approved quality fabric/leatherette, having moulded/padded armrests, powder-coated MS tubular frame with suitable legs and floor-protecting PVC/rubber shoes, including all necessary fittings, hardware and accessories, complete in all respects as per approved make, model, design, specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, supplying and placing in position 3-seater upholstered sofa of approved design and size, having sturdy internal frame of seasoned hardwood/plywood, seat and back cushions made of high-density polyurethane foam, upholstered with approved quality fabric/leatherette, with cushioned armrests, suitable legs/base and all necessary hardware and fittings, including fabrication, stitching, finishing, transportation and placement in position, complete in all respects as per approved drawing, design, specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, supplying and placing in position single-seater lounge/lounger sofa of approved design and size, having sturdy internal frame of seasoned hardwood/plywood, seat and back made of high-density polyurethane foam, upholstered with approved quality fabric/leatherette, with cushioned back and armrests, suitable legs/base, including all necessary hardware, fittings, stitching, fabrication, finishing, transportation and placement in position, complete in all respects as per approved drawing, design, specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.Providing, supplying and placing in position office storage rack/cabinet of approved size and design, fabricated from 18/19 mm thick BWP/MR grade plywood or MDF, with adjustable shelves, vertical partitions, shutters/doors as required, finished with 1.0 mm thick approved quality decorative laminate on exposed surfaces and matching edge banding, including suitable hinges, handles, locks, shelf supports, screws, fasteners and all necessary hardware, fabrication, finishing, transportation and installation, complete in all respects as per approved drawing, design, specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.
