Providing and Painting with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) with Two coats on new work of approved make and manufacturer and of required shade and colour, including scaffolding, preparation of the surfaces ,etc. , at all elevations including a coat of approved cement primer. As per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying wall painting two coats on new work with premium plastic emulsion paint of approved brand to give an even shade, including a coat of approved cement primer, including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying white cement based wall putty of approved make over concrete or Plastered surface up to 3 mm thick to get uniform surface free from undulation including cleaning complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing, painting,finishing walls with two coats of anti-algae, weather proof acrylic smooth emulusion paint of approved make with silicon additives on sand face plaster/ plain plaster/ rough cast & concrete surfaes of required shade over a base coat of exterior cement primer including preparation of the surfaces and applying a coat of bio wash, scaffolding, etc. complete at all elevations as per specifications as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and painting TWO coats of synthetic enamel paint on new wooden surfaces of approved brand and manufacturer of required colour to give an even shade over an under coat of suitable shade primer of approved brand and manufacturer including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete as per specifications as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over a primer coat.including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying French spirit polishing One coatson old work including preparation of the surfaces, sand papering complete at all elevations. As per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge

Providing Chemical based water proofing of modified acrylic emulsion Polymer and Elastomeric waterproofing coating of "M/s. INDOFIL"- MC-76 product over terrace slab/ parapet/ side walls etc. at all elevations complete including cleaning and preparation of surface and testing by ponding water complete with following operations. Note: 1.Removing of all loose materials by wire mesh and clean entire terrrace with clean water by using water jet wherever required. 2.Open all visible crack by plaster cutting machine in "V" shape. 3.Dilute Indofil binder with water in the Ratio of 1:4 and pour on the bare slab/ wall to be treated. 4.Apply Indfofil binder and cement in the ratio of1:1and water to obtain paste like consistancy and fill the cracks. 5.Apply Indofil bond coat of INDOFIL binder and cement in the ratio of 1:1 to entire terrace/ wall. 6. First coat of INDOFIL binder & cement at the rate of 1.48 sq.m per litre of Indofil. 7. Apply 2 coats of INDOFIL-FlexCote-WP @ 2.40 Sq.M per litre with dilution 10% weight of potable water. 8.Test the surface for water tightness.

Providing and filling Crack seal paste by using 1 kg cement and 1 Kg indofill MC- 76 including all labours,scaffolding, cleaning , preparation and finishing of the groove.

Providing 20 mm thick water proof plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) finsihed smooth with a floating coat of neat cement including approved waterproofing compound added @2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications, sieving of sand to required fineness,preparation of surface,scaffolding at all heights,curing all as per specifications,drawings and including dismantling of old plaster and disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground located within the premises of Township by mechanical transport including loading unloading, stacking / levelling etc. complete and as directed.

Providing 20 mm thick Internal plastering in C.M without cement punning 1:4 (using crushed sand) finished smooth, including sieving of sand to required fineness, preparation of the surface, scaffolding, curing all as per specifications, drawings including dismantling of old plaster and disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground located within the premises of Township by mechanical transport including loading unloading, stacking / levelling etc. complete and as directed.

Writing letters in Hindi/English over the plastered walls / steel surfaces of the building up to 6" letter height by Painter, experienced in banner/hoardings & art work, including cost of paint, brushes, scaffoding or any other arrangement, etc.

Services of Highly Skilled Grade -II person execution of safety requirement at site including height safety work and as per safety guidelines to be followed at site (8 hours of working = 1 day)
