Repair of split casing centrifugal pump coupled with 335 HP slipring motor by replacement of following defective parts installed at bed no.1 & 2 at Water Works Sector-37, Chandigarh detail as under:-

Dismantling of pump with the help of chain pulley

Providing and fixing of protecting sleeve as per existing i/c machining, turning, lathe work complete.

Providing and fixing of alignment busts

Providing and fixing of check nut complete

Providing and fixing of gun metal neck ring

Remettaling of shaft i/c cost of welding, turning, polishing of accurate bearing size complete in all respects.

Providing & fixing of ball bearing 6314 make SKF/FAG

Dynamic balancing of shaft impellor

Cost of gland dori, grease, packing sheet, nut & bolt with washers complete in all respects.

Fixing of pump after alignment of pump and motor complete in all respects.

Carriage of pump from site to work shop and back to site.

Providing and fixing of carbon brush holder complete in all respect at water works Sec 52, Chd.

Providing and fixing of carbon brush complete in all respect at water works Sec 52, Chd.
