High tensile steel with galvanized nuts and bolts shall be used for assembly. The powder coating shall be done with Pure Polyster powder of Ackzonoble Berger/ Nerolac paints with minimum 60 to 70 micron thickness, complete in all respect including fixing the M.S. holdfast in cement concrete to hold the whole structure, under the directions of Engineer-in-charge to fulfill the functional requirement.
