Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) including floor tiles of any description complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Contractor shall make arrangement to protect tiles, plumbing items, sanitary fittings, etc under the slab, etc by gunny bags with sand or any other suitable arrangement and quoted rates shall deemed to include this aspect.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, terrazo etc on PCC/stone surface/ brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed trusses etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, post embbeded in concrete, brick work, mosonry etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters (including fittings & fixtures) of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc. 2 Sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (including fittings & fixtures) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) of door/window including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts and making good the same including disturbed portion of jambs, cills, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (including fittings & fixtures) area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) of door/window including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts and making good the same including disturbed portion of jambs, cills, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old rusted & damaged steel windows/ventilators of any description and of any type & size not exc 1.50 sqm each with guard bars / grill including cutting holes for hold fasts & making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified & as directed.

Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep in soft/loose soil including spreading or stacking of brocken stone or boulders aggregate for loose filling of size not exc 40mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for anti-termite treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for anti-termite treatment to the soil alongwith external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical at the rate of 2.25 litre of emulsion per metre including drilling and plugging holes etc apron complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling up chowkat/frame hollows and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exc 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made 30mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters made of second class hard wood, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in clause 8.24(a) of Section 8 in SSR Part-I, kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, fixed to chowkat, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour single piece extruded PVC profile reinforced with MS square tube, fixing in opening as per specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with plain colour single piece extruded PVC profile ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour single piece extruded PVC profile for top rail lock rail bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for Top rail and bottom rail paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to fitted on the MS frame welded/sealed to the styles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed..

Provision of all other items as shown & specified on drawings shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item. (ii) The quoted rate shall deemed to include provision of cutting holes of suitable depth in walls for inserting lugs etc and making good dismantled portion in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate and CM (1:3).

S&F Powder coating standard aluminium extruded sections as in frames for chowkats, doors, windows shutters, ventilators with style and rails or for fixed glazed partitions wall frame made to shape required fixed with 150mm long screw and rawl plug with one or more rebates including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing for fixing, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Frame to walls etc shall be fixed with PVC rawl plugs and steel screws of length not less than 75mm at places as directed. The quoted rates shall be deemed to included the same

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Glass and rubber neoprene packing / rubber gasket shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only” under respective item of this Schedule.

Supply only rubber neoprene packing / rubber gasket of required size & profile suitable for aluminium frame work in doors, windows, etc complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F 1.25mm thick steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, complete: push pull or manual type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ball bearing for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing, any size or type as directed complete all as specified. Note : The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly.

S&F mild steel round bars 8 to 10mm dia as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including cut to length, bent to shape, welding of bar at spots as directed and other similar works, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

M&L for running welding in repair with thickness of metal not exc 6mm including provision for stopper of peg stay steel handle fitting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for welding in repair not exc 2.5cm in length and not exc 6mm thick of metal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing retro reflective regulatory sign board of size 900x900mm or more 50mm dia made out of 2mm thick stainless steel, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro reflective sheeting letter, symbols, borders as approved by GE. Stainless steel riveted / welded with stainless steel frame and complete in all embedded with concrete on ground, where directed, boards will be fixed to stainless steel 40mm tube, 2 to 4 metre long welded to the frame with adequate anti theft arrangement, sheet work to be painted complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Tiles shall be dismantled carefully and stacked properly including segregating the serviceable & unserviceable tiles as directed. Serviceable tiles shall be reused under the respective item of this Schedule.

Demolition of lime concrete of any description over roof slab, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster (screed bed) over roof slab in CM 1:4, mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for preparing surface and cleaning of concrete slab by wire brushing and applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1.20 Kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 150 micron heavy duty Polythene film/sheet (White) over roof slab and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Lime concrete terracing in roof with minimum thickness at edge 40mm and increasing uniformly towards ridges to obtain a chain slope of (1:40) as described in Para 11.27.2 of MES Schedule Part-I complete all as specified & as directed. Note : For lime concrete mudia kankar (Source : NAL) and Kolayat coarse sand in lieu of brick aggregate and surkhi respectively as specified in MES schedule Part-I shall be used.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles, joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement, laid on roof over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6, complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per serial item No. 65.00 here-in-before but except brick tiles complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Old serviceable brick tiles retrieved from serial item No 59.00 here-in-before shall be used under this item.

M&L for cement mortar for raking out joints/pointing to brick tiles laid flat in roof and flush pointing tiles 30cm by 15cm tiles laid flat in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, leveling course, etc, surface finished fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 7mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (i.e 450mm x 300mm or as directed), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured designer polished (reflecting type) interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and no pigment with coloured top casted in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top, laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Shape & colour of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 4 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note : Contractor shall have no claim on if plaster is carried out in patches irrespective of any height.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Contractor shall have no claim on if plaster is carried out in patches irrespective of any height.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of ceilings & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc by mechanical equipment like electric wall sander and preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer over & including 3mm thick white wall care putty on walls complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc by mechanical equipment like electric wall sander and preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Height of building to be deemed upto 28m and rates be including necessary scafolding all as required as site complete specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted or old surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion paint (exterior grade) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion paint (exterior grade) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Height of building to be deemed upto 18m and rates be including necessary scafolding all as required as site complete specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass any thickness, size, quality or description from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane including painting / oiling to new putty to match with the existing/new surfaces, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane including painting / oiling to new putty to match with the existing/new surfaces, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F 4mm thick figured glass pin head type and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane including painting / oiling to new putty to match with the existing/new surfaces, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F 4.8mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane including painting / oiling to new putty to match with the existing/new surfaces, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling carefully and taking up or down existing unserviceable/serviceable steel water tubing and connections of 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 15mm bore with & including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing/Laying only, jointing and testing old serviceable galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 15mm bore obtained serviceable vide serial item No. 95.00 here-in-before including cleaning the pipe from inside & outside properly including rust & mud removal, with & including new fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in new or old position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to include new GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

Dismantling carefully and taking up or down existing unserviceable/serviceable steel water tubing and connections of 20mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 20mm bore with & including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing/Laying only, jointing and testing old serviceable galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 20mm bore obtained serviceable vide serial item No. 98.00 here-in-before including cleaning the pipe from inside & outside properly including rust & mud removal, with & including new fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in new or old position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to include new GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

Disconnecting & taking down the existing unserviceable water tank and Supply and fixing 500 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note : (i) The water storage tanks shall be 2 layers, HDPE tanks moulded to seem-less perfection of rotational process. The tanks shall be manufactured only from FDA approved special grade of polyethylene and shall be certified fit for potable water. (ii) The tanks shall white coloured and ISI marked.
