Making the stay arrangement by 7/8 SWG GI stay wire including supply on hire basis of necessary materials which will be required stone chips, cement, sand, stay rod anchor plate for stay complete as per IE rules ISS rules.

WATER SUPPLY Carrying of the following materials i.e submersible pump set, chlorinator, panel board etc. and all other materials from Namkhana store to Namkhana working site and back to store [Namkhana] after completion of mela including loading & unloading complete.

Carrying charges of 5 HP submersible pump from Akshaynagar store with all accessories to Namkhana working site and back to Diamond Harbour store (5 HP submersible pump) after completion of Mela including loading unloading complete as per direction.

Installation of 5 HP submersible pump motor set at P.H.E. pump house including supply of all necessary materials and withdrawing the same after completion of mela as per direction of E.I.C. including painting the column pipe before lowering the same.

Withdrawing of existing 10 HP submersible pump from the existing TW(Irrigation) as directed by providing derrick arrangement

Installation of 12.5HP submersible pump along with column pipe in well with a position of common delivery arrangement as per direction of EIC and withdrawing the same after completion of mela incl. dismantling of suction and delivery line connection as per direction.

Installation of chlorinating set with supply of all necessary materials required i.e. pits valve, flow indicator, HDPE pipe, clamp etc for the proper installation incl. interconnection with delivery main as per direction and dismantling the same after completion of mela.

Supply of generating set on hire basis and properly installed as per direction o f the EIC from 03-01-2026 to 18-01-2026 = 16 Kw x 16 days

Running and maintenance of generating set by supplying skilled operating staff, fuel, lubricants, sundries & other necessary materials as required for running generating set from 03-01-2026 to 18-01-2026 = 16 days x 16Kw x 2 hrs

Repairing of LED board with other allied works Repairing LED signaling box (3 sides display ) by supplying LED red & green light in each side including connection of power circuit board with LED lamp , wires, soldering & necessary jointing materials & testing all complete for signaling the movement of pilgrims at Jetty Ghat No. 1,2,3, & 4 as per direction of EIC.

Repairing LED signage boards of size 1200mm x 900 mm of polycarbonate sheet by supplying LED red light including connection of power circuit board with LED lamp,wiries, soldering & necessary jointing materials & testing all complete for displaying the Jetty Nos. at Jetty Ghat No. 1, 2, 3 & 4 as per direction of EIC.

Fitting, fixing of signage board/flex board at different places of Namkhana point i.e. mela ground, bus stand, toilet area including supply of G.I. wire, for completion of the work & dismantling the same after mela and return to PHE store.

Drawing power distribution line for power supply from WBSEDCL Panel including Electrical inter connecting by supplying Socket, switch etc. as required to the Consumer Pannel by 50 sqmm Al. Ar. cable (20 mtr. approx) on hire basis including proper earthing arrangement complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Drawing LT distribution line for 3 phase 4 wire on hire basis for medium pressure voltage as per I.E. Rules and ISS25 sq.mm. PVC insulated single core wire (400 mtr. approx) on hire basis including supplying sockets for connection in the panels for 5 Nos. Tent at Rail ground as per direction of E.I.C. including proper earthing arrangement.

PVC insulated single core wire (500 mtr. approx) on hire basis including supplying sockets for connection in the panels for 2 Nos. Drawing Flood light points on existing PCC Pole at Indira Maidan, Approach Road and on tubular Pole , Tower at Rail ground including supplying on hire basis 400W sodium vapour lamp and holder with light fixture as required for the work as per direction of E.I.C.

Illumination of Road side from Namkhana BDO office to Shova Rani mahavidyalya: Supply on hire basis of 9 mtr. Long steel tubular pole & erecting the same Namkhana BDO office to Shova rani mahavidyalya with 2 mtr. deep below the ground label with proper fittings & all protection to avoid accident as per direction of EIC

Supply & delivery at site on hire basis suitable pole clamp for above supplied tubular pole with iron angle fitting complete for 3 ph 4 wire overheads lines as per ISS and IE rules including loading unloading and carrying complete as per direction of EIC.
