Removing white or colour wash by scrapping from the rough cast plastered/ plain plastered surface and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. Complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats on rough cast plaster surface at all levels with Acrylic emulsion paint (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, and preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair of cracked portion in the existing walls and making V groove, packing the cracks with necessary approved filler materials, curing, scaffolding and cleaning the area complete and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying wall painting with premium plastic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. (a) One coat

Providing and constructing brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including suitable scoffolding and racking out joints etc.,

Providing and constructing half brick masonry with non modular fly ash bricks of class designation 10, conformingio IS :12894, in super structure above plinth and upto floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including suitable scaffolding and racking out joints etc.,

Providing plastering to the internal / External surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Raking out existing clay tiles on the terrace of the building and preparing the surface for replastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral waterproofing compound by weight of cement with terracota pigment including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and constructing brick work in existing window AC opening 800 mm x700 mm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) and external side rough cast plaster with a mixture of sand and crushed stone from 6 mm to 10 mm nominal size, dashed over and including the fresh plaster in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and top layer 10 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including one under coat of suitable primer, and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour and preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge(a) Fixed to steel windows by welding

Providing and laying cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. (a) 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Old G.I Water supply pipe line replacement work at wall junction of the flat: Taking out existing GI/PVC/CPVC pipeline from wall and supplying & fixing of new CPVC pipe (approximate length of one meter) with required fitting, and replacement of Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles ( Approximate 1. 0 Sqm) after rectification work including scaffolding for 4th floor level, removal of rubbish, etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
