Material & Labour for Non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles , thickness 7mm to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular), colour as approved by Engineer-in-charge area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm as in floor etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00Kg per Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour / shade of tiles , laid over with and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing Factory made 35mm thick framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail made of 2nd class Hard wood and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Butt Hinges, Tower bolts, Handles , sliding door bolts and painting shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items of schedule 'A' BoQ.

Supply and Fixing 35mm thick, glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars), using 2nd class hard wood (as approved by Engineer-in-charge) edges of frming plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc , sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section8, Clause 8.24 (a), supplied and fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and Fixing 4mm thick sheet glass of ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square , not exceeding 0.50 Sqm each in pane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in replacement Stainless steel sink with draining board, made out of 1.00mm thick sheet for kitchen or laboratory with plug, washers waste pipe, cast iron cantilever brackets, connecting union overall size 915mmx460mm with bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for water proofing treatment to sunken slab using Acrylate - Silicon - based technology by OEM along with following stages as described under serial no. (a) to (g) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Removal of all material. (b) Surface preparation. (c) Water proofing of cracks and joints. (d) Screed repairs. (e) Treatment of roof with stagnant water. (f) Water proofing application. (g) Testing to include ponding test.
