1.Clean removal of Cement plaster from Ceiling as per the direction of departmental officers etc., complete

2.Dismantling the existing damaged Plain Cement Concrete as per the instruction of Departmental officers etc., complete

3.Dismantling the existing damaged brick work in Cement mortar as per the instruction of Departmental officers etc., complete

4. Dismatling existng damaged Ceramc Tilles as per the direction of departmental officers etc., complete

5.BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using best quality of second class (Ground moulded) bricks of size 9"x4 ½"x3" for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

6. Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two fine aggregates and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

7.Plastering the exposed surface of RCC works in cement mortar 1:3 mix 12mm thick with standard specifications.

8.PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5(one cement and five sand by volume) 12mm thick for all internal/external surfaces like super structure, rainwater, ducts, elevation in all floors complying with standard specifications.

9.Flooring finishing with first quality design ceramaic tiles of all colours of size 305cm X 305cm X 6mm laid in cement mortar 1:3 mix to 20mm thick and painting with white cement using 0.30 kg/1m2 including finishing the jointing and painting flush with tiles surface etc., complete - 10 m2

10.Painting with First Quality Emulsion paint two coats over a priming coat including cleaning, scrapping, removal of dust and necessary plaster of paris putty works wherever required etc., complete.

14.Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride)Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the sizeof outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. 15.Solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable rebate for housing the shutter.
