S&F in Replacement for switch air break gang operated triple pole out door type unit on HT 11 KV 50 cycle AC suitable for current rating upto 200 Amps mechanically operated mounted on insulators (12 insulators) with Drop out fuse unit frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level with earth switch and including locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of 11 KV Silicon polymeric composite Disc insulator B&S type incl galvanised mild steel strap (38 mm X 5 mm), insulator bolts 20 mm dia with suitable washers and nut, suitable for working pressure upto 12 KV as per IS 731/1971 or latest amendment complete all as specified and as directed

S & F in replacement of 11 kv silicon polymeric pin insulator, including one galvanized mild steel spindle two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut,11000 volt grade suitable for working pressure 12 KV as per IS 731/1971 or latest amendment complete all as specified and as directed .

S & F in replacement of 11 KV,10kA lightning arrestors non-linear type complete with fittings, transmission class complete all as specified and as directed .

S & F in replacement of 33 KV,10kA lightning arrestors non-linear type complete with fittings, transmission class complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix in replacement HT 33 KV out door type gang operated isolator suitable for horizontal mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulators and with earth switch upto 400 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying as in replacment synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per (IS 15652-2006), (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of size 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv (size 2 x 1 m) (2 m x 1 m). complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying as in replacment synthetic Rubber insulated mats 3.0 mm thick for voltage upto 33 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of size 3.0 mm thick for voltage upto 33 kv (size 2x1m). complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement for aluminium conductor, steel reinforced ACSR of any size/description on HT poles/lines incl stringing, tightening, binding to insulators with aluminium wire making and connecting jumpers, connections etc incl connecting, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in replacement of Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
