Cement concrete 1 : 4: 8 mix using 40 mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Brick work in CM 1 : 5 mix using country bricks ground mould of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and Erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface in all floors with all cross bracing using mild steel sheets of size 90x60cm and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists (Country wood) of size 10x6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10-13cm dia spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. R.Cement concrete 1 : 1 ½ : 3 using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Reinforcement and fabrication charges, centering and shutting but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1 : 3, 12mm thick extra as directed by the departmental officers etc.,

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 20 cm X 20 cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight.

Weathering Course with broken brick jelly 20mm size pure slacked lime over R.C.C. roof slab the preparation of 32:12.5 for required depth and slope etc. complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 Sqm.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 Sqm.

Providing granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete for 10 cum.

Paving the Floor with scratch proof ceromic tiles of size 305x305x6mm including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Dadooing of walls with Colour glazed tiles of size 15 cm x15cmx6mm laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick & pointing with white cement using 0.4kg/cm2 -10Sqm.

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats over new iron works such as steel door, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
