Supply and fix as in repair PVC Pipe 1/2 " with Elbow plastic as per exisiting length set of three complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

supply and fix as in repair Wooden ply of size 6mm thick and sheet size 3’x6’ water proof for desert cooler fixing of desert cooler/window AC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix as in repair Blades for Cooler motor fan as per existing size and make complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting the mains and Taking out the existing unserviceable cooler fan motor and supply, fixing and testing new cooler fan motor as exiting capacity single phase 240 volts of existing make including reconneting the electric mains and testing complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting the mains and Taking out the existing unserviceable cooler Water lifitng pump submersible and supply, fixing and testing new cooler Water lifting pump heavy duty single phase 240 volts of existing make including reconneting the electric mains and testing complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old unserviceable or rusted MS Side panels repalce it by new MS Side panel set of three for desert cooler as exisiting size at site Inclusing wood wool pad set for D/cooler off size each set complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking down and opening the ceiling fan of size 1200/1400 mm sweep carefully dismantling complete for servicing by cleaning the bearing/bush by cleaining solution and replacing the split pin and unserviceable items like bearing, bushes, rubber real, condenser, flexible cable, canopy, etc., assembling Ceiling fan and refixing in the original place connection and testing complete all well complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note;- Replacement of unserviceable items will be measured and paid under relevant items.

Supply and Fixing of ball bearing of existing size for 1200/1400 mm sweep complete all as per installed shape and size.

Supply and Fixing of gun metal bushes of existing size & make for 1200/1400 mm sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing of condenser 2.5/3 Mfd for ceiling fan/exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing of canopy of existing size & make for 1200/1400 mm Sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix as in repair of ceiling fan clamp assembly complete with nut, bolt, washer, u clamp and rubber reel etc of existing size & suitable for 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing of PVC 3 core Cord Flexible copper insulated cable 24/0.2mm size Black/Grey colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Exhaust fan AC single phase 230 volts for size 300 mm sweep, including fixing arrangement including nut, bolts, washer etc, with necessary eletric connection with suitable copper wire from ceiling rose complete all as spd and directed inluding removing and dismentaling of Old unsv ex fan any type and size and deposited it in MES Store yard or as directed by EIC.

Supply and Fixing ball bearing and Bush of existing size for Exhaust fan/wall mounted fan 300 /380/450 mm sweep complete all as specified

Material and labour for Collecting the burnt ceiling fans including blades of any make from AGE E/M store yard/ site taking out to reputed work shop dismantling removing the burnt winding and rewinding of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep with super enameled copper conduct winding wire of same gauge and wight insulating, varnishing, baking, including wornout bearing/bush greasing assembling and transporting the same and fixing and testing at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Collecting the burnt ceiling fans including blades of any make from AGE E/M store yard/ site taking out to reputed work shop dismantling removing the burnt winding and rewinding of ceiling fan 1400 mm sweep with super enameled copper conduct winding wire of same gauge and weight insulating, varnishing, baking, including wornout bearing/bush greasing assembling and transporting the same and fixing and testing at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparing the faded surfaces of ceiling fan size 1200/1400 mm sweep with soap/ soda, painting with DUCO paint of approved tint by one coat of spray painting as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F Exhaust fan AC single phase 230 volts for size 450 mm sweep, including fixing arrangement including nut, bolts, washer etc, with necessary eletric connection with suitable copper wire from ceiling rose complete all as spd and directed. inluding removing and dismentaling of Old unsv ex fan any type and size and deposited it in MES Store yard or as directed by EIC.

Material and labour for Collecting the burnt Exhaust fans including blades of any make from AGE E/M store yard/ site taking out to reputed work shop dismantling removing the burnt winding and rewinding of Exhaust Fan/wall mounted fan/aircirculator of size 450 mm sweep complete with super enameled copper conduct winding wire of same gauge and wight insulating, varnishing, baking, including wornout bearing/bush greasing assembling and transporting the same and fixing and testing at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for disconnecting from the electric mains and Taking down opening and inspection of storage type water heater of size 25ltrs/50 Ltrs capacity and descaling with dilute hydrochloric acid, checking for water tightness of the inner tank, cable continuity, thermostat of setting at 70 degree C checking fusible plug, base assembly, stop cock including replacement of indicator lamp, rubber PVC gasket washers reassembling, refixing and reconnection the electric connections at old place and replacing unserviceable bolts and nuts, cementing work including hydraulic pressure testing with hard operated hydraulic pump complete after repair including spray painting of one coat with DUCO paint of approved in after preparation of surface. Note : (a) Replacement of unserviceable items like heating element, Indicator lamps, thermostat, stop cock, PVC Hot and cold pipes will be measured & paid separately as supply only. (b) Labour charges for replacing the unsv spares, disconnection and reconnection of water and electric connections shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted for this items .

Including fast nut, bolt, washe complete and removing and dismentaling of Old unsv electric storage water heater any type and size and deposited it in MES Store yard or as directed by EIC.

Supply and fix as in repair Rubber Gasket for Inner Tank of capacity upto 25 Ltrs of existing type & make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Supply and fix as in repair Air release Valve for 25/50 Ltrs capacity of existing type & make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Removing of Old leakage geyser tank and supply and fixing of 25 ltr storage water heater tank as per existing shape and type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..
