Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing of CP grating 75 to 125 mm dia with white cement in toilet /bath room/WHB/Kitchen etc.. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation and filling of pitting/cracks (including V groove cutting of cracks/deepening) on surfaces with crack seal and finishing the surfaces as per existing treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exc 1.5 Sqm ( without taking shutters from the frame).Note:-During the execution of item,damaged portion of brick work/plaster etc make good as per SSR and no extra payment shall be deemed for the same to the contractor.

S&F Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, Sliding/side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sectionsweighing 0.55 kg/m includingnecessary joining cleats, glazing clips,rubber packing, anodised aluminiumsnap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1no.) complete all as specified Note : (i) Glazing and wire mesh shall be measured and paid separetely. (ii) The rate shall also be inclusive of complete packing with silicon gel around contacting surfaces of aluminium work, and including matching the existing.

S&F 4mm thick sheet glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads or rubber beading in a square n exc 0.5 Sq m in each pane (to be fixed upto four storey of bldgs)

S&F in repair galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples or screw complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 20mm bore cut to length as required stainless steel decorative draphery rods with brackets/end brackets and decorative finails as required colour complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 300 mm all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm dia two way angle valves/Bib taps, cast copper alloy,fancy type chromium plated screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions
