Making testing arrangement and submitting the test report for high voltage testing of specified voltage incl. checking & testing of all HT / LT equipments by authorized firm of Directorate of Electricity & commissioning the installation after obtaining the Approval of Directorate of Electricity.The scope shall be also included the necessary approval from Authority also.
SUB-HEAD II : SITC OF BUS TRUNKING ARRANGEMENT
SITC of 1200 A sheet steel, Air insulated bus-trunking of approx. overall dimension of 700 mm (width) & 300 mm (height) fabricated from 16 SWG sheet steel and MS frame made of 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle with detachable front cover havinf IP-54 rating & equipped with 4 set copper bars of appropriate size, for 3-Phases & neutral, duly mounted on insulated chair with heat shrink colour sleeves. The bus-trunking will be suspended from the ceiling with necy. mouting rod / angle etc. as required. The bus-trunking will be duly powder coated paint. [From secondary (LT) terminal of 2 nos 750 KVA dry type transformer to 2 nos 1250A incomer ACB of LT panel board ]
S&F 1250A copper braided link for Transformer bushing (Secondary) to Bus duct and Busduct to Incomer ACB of LT panel as per direction of EIC.
SUB HEAD III - HT CABLING IN SUBSTATION
Supplying and laying of 1 No. 11KV (E) Grade XLPE Aluminium conductor, PVC sheathed, armoured cable confirming to IS 7098 with latest ammenment of following size in the existing Masonary Open Duct as required as per makelist attached.[ From Supplier HT Gear to Consumer HT Gear and to Transformer].

Finishing the 150 sq.mm. copper wire ends by crimping method incl. S&F copper socket tape etc. as required.
Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos.12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe
Extra treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal for pipe electrode as to G.S.
Supply & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat 65 mm x 8 mm on wall having clearence of 6 mm from wall incl. providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.
Insulating the 65 x 8 mm M.S. flat incl. S&F black heat shrink PVC sleeves etc. The PVC tube sleeve to be inserted on the GI flat and heat shrinked by heating apparatus by skilled technician carefully without damaging the PVC sleeve as per direction of the EIC (for transformer neutral earth bus bar).
S & F special type earth electrode clamp made of GI flat with nuts, bolts,, washer etc. suitable for 80/65 mm dia GI pipe earth.
SUB HEAD - VI - SAFETY EQUIPMENT
Providing & fixing danger plates made of mild steel at least 2mm thick & vitreous enameled white on both sides & with inscription in signal red colour on front side as required.
High Voltage - size 250mm x 200mm
Medium Voltage - size 200mm x 150mm
Providing and fixing carbon dioxide (CO2) type fire extinguishers conforming to IS 15222-2002 and cylinders fully charged of following capacity(4.5 Kg ) ( makelist attached)
S&F 5 Kg capacity gas pressure (DCP) fire extinguisher on wall with suitable iron bracket. ( makelist attached)
Supply and fixing safety instruction chart in word duly framed with 5mm thick glass as required (approx. Front area 1.20 sqmt.)
Providing of set of 9.5 litre capacity GI bucket painted in post office red colour with prior coat of red-oxide paint and written with white paint 'FIRE' and mounted on MS angle iron frame with bracket and suitable base of appropriate size & capacity incl filling sand etc.
Providing First Aid Box as by St. John Ambulance Brigade / Indian Red Cross conforming to IS 13115-1991.
Supply and fixing shock treatment chart duly mounted on a wooden frame with 5mm thick glass as reqd. (approximate front area 1.20 sq.metre).
Providing of rubber mat 2 mtrs Length x 1 m. wide and 12mm thick to withstand 6KV dielectric strength as per IS 15652-2006.

SUB-HEAD VII : EXECUTION OF MISCLLENEOUS WORKS
Making masonary cable trench after cutting all sorts of soil. The inside mearsurment of trench 900 mm clear width x 900 mm clear depth by providing 250 mm thick brick work with 1st class brick cement mortorr (1:4) on both sides and bottom of the trench consisting with 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) with stone chips over a layer of jhama brick flat soling 15mm thick (1:4) cement plaster to inside wall & 3mm thick neat cement finish.
Making & placing split type RCC slab cover of size 1400 mm x 400 mm x 150 mm thick each in 150 mm x 80 mm x 80 mm x 6 mm thick fabricated MS channel frame with inside welded reinforcement steel rods (12mm & 10mm dia) and the slabs to be placed over masonary cable trench properly recessed on both side walls and the cover slabs shall be capable of bearing minimum 200 Metric Ton load.
Core cutting of 125mm thick RCC slab by suitable core cutting machine for passing necessary vertical run of Electrical Bus duct/ cables/ cable tray/ protection pipes/ earthing strip etc including mending good the damages as per direction of the EIC.
Cutting floor/ brick wall by suitable tools for passing electrical cables/ cable tray/ protection pipes/ earthing strip etc including mending the damages as per direction of the EIC.
Supply, fabrication and placing/fixing MS checkered plate made of 6mm thick incl 30mm x 30mm x 6mm MS angle iron structure welded by fixing for insert plates at 4 sides in cable trench top with 2 nos 3/8" TMT handle rod incl gas cutting, grinding & drilling with one coat of red laid primer and one coats of synthetic enamel paint as per direction of EIC.
S&F of MS Channel of following sizes with nut, bolt, washer etc to provide overhead supporting arrangement above different LT panels, cable support at HV side of transformer incl painting as to GS for following :

SUB-HEAD VIII : DRAWING & DOCUMENTATION
Preparation of planned & as-built G.A. drawings and Single Line Diagrams (SLD) of the proposed Electrical power distribution system of and Sub-station mentioning the cable sizes at different levels and the drawings to be made in as built GA Drawing in both Hard Copy & soft copy form (latest Autocad version in CD). Hard copy of size 1.5mt X 3mt in flex covered with transparent Acrylic sheet & sides are bind with stainless steel frame as per direction of the EIC.
Terms and condition
The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.
Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.
If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules
