Excavation in foundation and trenches for pipes & pits upto all depths etc.in all kinds of soils such as pick work,jumper work,blasting work in soft and hard rocks,chiselling work/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited and saturated soils,stacking the excavated earth with in all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers,when req.into plinths sides of foundations and trenches etc., consolidating of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer in charge with in all lead and lifts including uprooting of trees,dressing of bed and sides and preparation of sub-grade,restoration of un-metalled/metalled/paved surfaces to its original conditions including shoring,sturtting,timbering and dewatering where ever is required,providing diversion for traffic,fixing night signals caution board crossing over trenches for acess to houses and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. (including dewatering)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1 cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto all height and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and lying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 Cement: 5 Sand: 10 Graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) with 15% plum & curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining Walls/ Breast Walls , the size of plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm as per HPPWD specification.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending ,binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lifts in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying RCC work (for band alround the surfaces) in concrete mix of "M-25" with skin inforcement curing complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and supplying of double flanged cast steel sluice valve of following dia Kirloskar/Leader make ASA-150 and capable of with standing the normal seat pressure as per IS:780-1984 with up to date ammendment up to all leads and lifts. 150mm dia.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1½: 3 (1 cement: 1½ sand: 3 graded crushed stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10 metre thickness) including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation up to floor two level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies,beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto all floor two level complete involving complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying no fince concrete 1:4 based on cement concrete 1:2:4 with 20mm nominal size complete in all respect.

Laying, jointing & testing of GMS pipe 100mm dia Medium class complete in all respect (Ewarth work to be measured and paid for separately)

Providing circumferencial Butt welded joints by electrical arc welding to below mentioned dia and wall thickness MSERW pipe welded in erquisite number of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS:816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrodes of 2.5mm to 6.3mm of Advani Oerlikon (Adore)- CITOJET/ESAB make, conforming to IS:814-1967 including Die pentration test, at site of work complete in all respect, including manual/machanical handling of pipes in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
