Supply and Fixing of overhead Gantry type XI retro Reflective sign plate made out of 3.00 mm thick aluminum Composite panel faces to be covered with green type XI retro reflective sheeting and the matter and logo with overlay film type of sheeting after the etching treatment of Aluminum sheeting. The backside of sheeting should be covered with two coats of epoxy or powder coating . This sheet shall be fixed on a frame of 40x40x5 angle lron.
Supply of steel structure in single section for gantry sign board. Built up section or frame from M.S. black pipes (medium duty) as per IS-1239 (part -1) 1979 with connecting plate and anchor bolts including cutting welding bolting fixing in position and applying primer coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint, including foundation bolts.
RCC work for foundation (for gantry sign board) as per the enclosed design and drawing including following points- i Earth work in excavation as per enclosed design and drawing. ii Providing and laying cement concrete in footing and base for column as per enclosed design and drawing. iii RCC work for footing base of column in CC 1 2 4 iv Centering and shuttering v Reinforcement for RCC work including strengthening, cutting, bending, binding and placing in position as per enclosed design and drawing
Erection of Gantry signboard and structure with movable gantry cranes including nut bolting and fixing on foundation etc complete
