Taking down carefully aluminum point wiring (light/fan/socket power) complete, including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down main switches/DB's alongwith existing board incl removing the same from site and making the good to the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down existing sub main wiring of any type and description including removal of teak wood batten/pipe etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down unserviceable / Burnt, Underground/serviceable of any type & size. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for concealed point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated, multi stranded, FRLS copper conductor cable sheathed drawn through and including 20mm dia PVC conduit with all fitting of medium grade ISI marked duly concealed by cutting chases and making good to match with surrounding including necessary periodicals applying one coat of putty and 2 coats of oil bound distemper along with PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm as earth wire connected to common earth dolly suitable for mounting switch including metal flush boxes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge for the following points :- Note:- The work includes cutting of chases and making good disturbed surfaces and quoted rate shall deemed to be included the same aspect.

Taking down and servicing the ceiling fan of 1200/1400 mm sweep at locations by removing of old grease from bearing of ceiling fan and re-filling new grease including replacement of the worn out nut bolt, rubber, real bush, gun metal split pin, cleaning the entire fan unit by removing entire dirt, dust and wiping with soap water, cotton waste and commissioning, testing after assembling, connecting to electric system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Other spare parts if any required except mentioned in the item will be measured and paid separately in the relevant items in this schedule.

M&L for rewinding of AC single phase 220/230 Volt ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep with copper wire of same gauze and quantity and replacement of the unserviceable parts i.e. PVC connector, MS galvanised check nut, rubber pads, PVC strip clamps, washer packing, rubber packing and rubber seal etc including assembling, connecting, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per sl item No 48 above but for exhaust fan of size 250mm to 300 mm sweep plastic/metallic type square or round shape complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of capacitor 2.5 mfd + 5%, 220/230 volts AC, 50 c/s complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of capacitor 3.15 mfd + 5%, 220/230 volts AC, 50 c/s complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Remetalling to the worn out shaft of fan motor turning to obtain the standard dia of shaft for fixing standard size of bearing/ bushes to ceiling fan of 1200/1400mm sweep of any make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down the ceiling fan from its position and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint with machine spray to ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep of any make to entire unit i.e. motor assembly, down rods and blades duly preparation of the surfaces including filling the cavities with filler and writing the MES No and refixing in the existing location complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of canopy for ceiling fan of size 1200/1400mm sweep of any make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of down rod for ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep of size 15 mm dia of 700 mm long duly painted with approved synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note- Contractor will make all arrangements of safety devices and safety of their workmen and govt property while carrying out the work.

All as per sl item No 61 but to carry out the work at G+2 & G+3 of approximate height upto 10 metres complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
