Disconnecting & Taking down/out unserviceable LT Cable of any size and any description from Trenches, Floors, Walls, GI Pipes, etc. incuding Serviceable Pipes, Bricks, etc. and depositing to MES store yard for reuse complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Necessary Earth Work will be Measured and Paid under appropriate Items.

Supply & Laying/ Fixing of XLPE insulated, screened armoured heavy duty Electric Cable with Aluminium Conductor Multi Stranded, 1100 Volt grade, Cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 Core including necessary Aluminium Thimbles, jointing and Testing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials not exc. 50.00 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 Metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Sand (Fazilka) Cushioning (dry) in Trenches/Ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be Measured.

Supply & Laying old bricks to provide brick protection cover of UG cable by old size bricks common burnt clay building bricks sub class `B’ laid dry and flat abutting each other with width equal to length of brick and gap between adjacent brick not exceeding 10 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel pole surfaces and applying alternatively in yellow and black one coat of synthetic enamel black paint to steel tubular pole upto 1 mtr height from ground level and remaining with two coats aluminium paint to LT pole including numbering of pole with black paint complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted PCC pole surfaces and applying alternatively in yellow and black one coat of synthetic enamel black paint to PCC pole upto 1 mtr height from ground level to LT pole including numbering of pole with black paint complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made LT feeder pillar box Outdoor type platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system all as specified and directed having bus bar installed on DMC/Epoxy insulators. S&F Tubular swaged pole including taking down for steel tubular swaged poles with welded brackets type 410-SP-31 (09 mtr long) with mild steel base plate of size 30cmx30cmx6mm thick, welded at bottom including taper plugs, bolt, nuts and screw as directed and fixed in true vertical position complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :- (a) Earth work, shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (b) Poles shall be painted with two coats of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally up to foundation depth and Exterior surface shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer (c) Cement Concrete 1:3:6 Type C-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate)and necessary form work of required depth shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items.

M&L Galvanised Steel Tubing Pipe 15mm bore (dia), Medium grade with Bend, laid in Trenches or under Roads/ Flooring/ Culverts and/or fixing to Electric Poles with suitable size Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamps, Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:3:6 Type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in Foundation of Electric Poles/ Strut/ Stay, etc. including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, finishing all exposed faces of Concrete with necessary Formwork including dismantling existing concrete work, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB SPN 32 Amps 240/415 Volts 10 KA finger proof terminal, bi-connect termination, label holder, 35 mm² terminal capacity, insulated sliding shutter, large two position dolly, to be fixed on existing DB, complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Repair/mantenance of street light/security lights any type flood lights, Post Top lanterns or any other external light in its position fixed on pole/high mast/building structure or by taking down to round,if required,testing all the components /parts wiring etc. identifying and replacing the defective components wise choke (ballast) electronic driver,igniter,capactor, lamp,lamp holder,connector,connection wire/cables,MCB etc.including refixing the fixing to its original position (if) taken down including repair,aint of street light control timer & junction box all as directed by Engr-in-charge for the period of 11 months from the date of commencemnt of the work. Note : The rate against the above mentioned items is deemed for cost of labour, Tools & Plants and allied expenses only.

NOTE FOR SER ITEM No 32 (a) Cost of spare choke (ballast) electronic driver, igniter,capacitor, lamp,lamp holder connector replaces against above maintenance item will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of of schedule. (b) The contractor's representative will report to concerened JE E/M at 0900 hrs daily to collect the list of defective street light fitting and shall submit the completion report on the same day before 1730 hrs to JE E/M and submit the report to GE along with RAR. (c) The contractor has to rectify the defects/reports and make the street light servicable with in 24 hours from time the list of defective street lights is handed over to rep by the concerened JE E/M. In case the street light is not made functional for whatsever reason with in the specified time line,an amount of Rs. 100 per such defective street light per day will recovered from the amount due to him through RAR /Final Bill and submit the report to GE.The contractor shall be carry out repair/maint will simultaneously both domestic & tech area by engaging seperate team of electrician/technician in order to ensure proper & timely rectification of defects. (d) The contractor shall maintain sufficient stock of spares/materials required for repair/maint of street light with the concerened JE E/M. Note :Vehicle and T&Pwill be arrange by the contractor. (e)The contractor shall be fully responsible for the safety of their labours engaged for executing this work and they will provide all requisite safety equipments and clothing to his men and department shall not be responsible for any mishappening/accident/injury to their labours.
