Annual Maintenance of Sugo to Kamarsalia Road for the year 2025-26.

Clearing grass & removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m including cost of all labour T&P etc. required for the work complete to shape as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of (53 mm to 22.4mm) stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam Grade-III specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for scraping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0Kg of bitumen for 10 Sqm and laying 75mm thick built up spray grouting in two layers 7.5mm thick each layer using 0.45cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 12.00Kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 Sqm in each layer with 0.12cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 Sqm spreading over and laying including heating pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries but excluding cost and conveyance of bitumen, metal and chips complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in- Charge

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.of (MORD) specification & as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with 60/70 grade Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503of (MORD) specification & as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three whell 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per technical specification clause 508of (MORD) specification & as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 6 mm thick precoated seal coat type -B using 0.06 cum of 6.7 mm size chips & 6.8 kg of bitumen per 10sqm including consolidation with PRR, cost & conveyance of materials, labour, T&P, royalty & taxes etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in ordinary soil in embankment & carraige by mechanical means beyond initial lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking clods 5cm to 7 cm size and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth with Sectioning & cambering and ordinary compaction by PRR cost of transportation, all labour, T&P, royality etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
