(ii) Entire building to be covered with green cloth on MS scafolding upto 7th floor and necessary precaution sign board to be placed around the building before commencement and completiom of work. (iii) Debries removeed outside Mod Land.

Taking down cast iron pipes of any size or pattern at any position including all fittings such as bends, heads (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) including removing vegetation growth around pipes as required, making good to surface to match with existing including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm dia cast iron soil waste and vent pipes (sand cast pipes) in any length with or without ears with cement joints fixed to walls /floor including BZP zinc plated adjustable steel down /soil/drain pipe stand off bracket clip and nut bolts item number 284451552199 for sutable size and MS scafolding all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for double charged light shade coloured vitrified tiles of size 600mmX600mm and 9 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished in floors etc. at horizontal surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, including drak border/design/ pattern of same size of tiles complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for double charged light shade coloured vitrified tiles vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado of size 600x600x9 mm thick including over 10mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 for laying tile finishes set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 18 to 20mm granite stone slab 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed horizental/vertical such as in steps, jambs, pillars, win dow-cills, cooking platforms and lik with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 18-20mm thick, machine cut, Kota stone slab, as in floors, steps, landing etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of slab, including cutting, polishing etc. with and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M & L for 20mm thick marble stone slabe of any colour and size machine cut, bedded and jointed horizental/vertical such as in floors, steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms WHB platform and lik with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of marble stone including cutting ,molding,and polishing types and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone/brick masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

M&L brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean raidus built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removing taken down materials such as cement plaster,etc. out side MD accomodation land and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick CM 1:6 on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and finised surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L rendering 5 mm thick cement plastering on brick or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed, as in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering, 15 mm thick cement plaster on wall 1:4 on brick work/concrete surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion (weather proof treatment) over one coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed ( The tint and shade be as approved by the GE) The treatment shall be carried out by the authorised applicator of the firm and at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling including scrapping and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over layer of smooth Putty finish as required punning 3mm thick over a coat of primer strictly as per manufactuure instruction with smooth roller finish complete all as specified and directed.

(Note: after painting , cleaning of all floors,glass & furniture by own arrangement).
