Dismantling of the old Starter system, removing incoming and outgoing cable connections, all the existing defected switchgears and their mounting arrangement from the panel chambers, disconnecting the complete connection arrangement, interconnecting bus bars system and cleaning of panels etc as per site requirement.

S/o MCCB 630 Amp 50 KA 3 Pole Make- L&T/ Schneider/ BCH/ DJB Approved

Fixing all the above MCCBs / Contactors with mounting arrangement /nut bolts etc. including modifications in the starters as per site requirement for making Starters functional and for making all the provisions for supply arrangement as required. The job includes providing of material and consumables as per site requirement.

Making of Bus Bar connection arrangement along with providing and fixing of required Bus Bars including modifications of existing as per requirement for connecting switchgears and control gears for making star delta starting system working, making all the connections of supply arrangement and interconnections etc. The job includes providing of all material and consumables as per site requirement.

Providing and fixing of Over Load Relays of required rating Making the required connections etc. through copper cables / wires of suitable size as required for operation of starters with tripping arrangement. Fixing of Protection system against single phasing with complete wiring and other required works. The job includes providing of material and consumables as per site requirement.

Making the required outgoing connections of the Starters by connecting cables for supply arrangement including carrying out all the works with providing of material and consumables as per site requirement.

Providing and Fixing of Metering and indicating instruments for replacing the defected meters and indicating lights with control arrangement and making the wiring connections including other works as per required at site.

Testing & Commissioning of the renovated Starters and complete with setting of relays, calibration of Meters etc. as per CT rating requirement and testing of operations for starters.
