RequiredThe Bidder should have an experience of (i) Erection of 1 No. 33KV or 11KV Bay with VCB erection and ii). 50% of 11 KV line (or) 33KV (or) higher voltage put together of the bid quantities (33kv +11KV line length) altogether in any one financial year in the last TEN financial years i.e., 2016-17 to 2025-26.
RequiredThe experience certificate issued by the order placing authority (or) officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer / Divisional Engineer indicating (i) Agreement No. & Date (ii) Date of Commencement and Completion of work (iii) Value of the works (iv) Mode of execution (Labour Contract / Semi turnkey / 100% turnkey) are compulsory. The experience certificate is mandatory.
RequiredThe bidder should have the financial turnover of 50% of ECV value. The bidder should produce financial turn over of the last TEN years (FY 2016-17 to 2025-26). Certificate issued by Registered Chartered Accountant with UDIN (Unique Document Identification Number) must be uploaded. The certificate is mandatory.
RequiredThe copies of the certificates produced by the tenderer shall invariably be attested by a Gazetted Officer/Notary. Otherwise, they will be summarily rejected and will not be taken into consideration. * Note: The Bidder should upload the filled data with certificates as mentioned in Section-2, B (Qualification Information) (Clauses 1 to 2.1)
RequiredThe bidder should have valid A-grade License issued by Electrical Inspector/ Valid Electrical Contract License from any State Govt. and produce at the time of submission of bid. The certificate is mandatory.

For exemption of bid security (EMD), community certificate of the firm?s proprietor is to be uploaded. This certificate is mandatory.
RequiredThe bidders have to furnish an undertaking in the prescribed format given in Section-2 ANNEXURE-I & ANNEXURE-II disclosing their relationship with the officers/Chief General Managers of DISCOM failing which the tenders will be rejected. Any false information furnished in the declaration will render the contract liable for termination as well as recovery of damages.

RequiredThe similar work Experience certificate issued by Private firms/ Agencies and same should be certified by the Divisional Engineer will also be considered for eligibility as a sub contractor for awarding not more than 50% of work.
