Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of 3-star rating Hi wall split Inverter Air conditioning units consisting of one outdoor unit 2TR each of 230 volts, 50 Hz, Single Phase and one indoor unit 230 volts, 50 Hz, Single Rotary compressor, thermo sensor temperature control, timer setting, auto air swing, multifunction cordless remote, and using R-32 or R-410A eco-friendly refrigerant including( Installation kit) 3.0 meter copper pipe with insulation and 2.5 sq mm x4.0 core wire . (Make: Voltas, Blue Star, Daikin, Hitachi, Carrier)

(Make: Voltas, Blue Star, Daikin, Hitachi, Carrier)

Supply and fixing of floor/ wall mounting table stand suitable for holding the outdoor unit of 4 Tr. , made of 50mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle as per the attached tentative drawing dimensions subject to actual dimensions of outdoor units, for the installation of the outdoor unit with anti-vibration pads on the roof of the building. This includes grouting on the wall/floor as required, depending on site conditions and as per instructions. Grouting shall be done by cutting necessary holes and securing with M12 anchor fasteners or cement concrete in a 1:2:4 mix. The damaged areas will be restored with a similar finish. Two coats of synthetic enamel paint will be applied over a coat of metal primer. Installation to be done as per direction of Engineering Incharge.

Supply and fixing of copper piping with high-quality, high-density Nitrile Rubber foam insulation, covered with PVC Tape or Alumiinium Tape Covering to protect the insulation, all complete as per standard specifications and practices. The piping will be properly saddled (S.S Saddle) on the wall/terrace, including repairing any damage using cement mortar in a 1:2:4 mix on walls/floor to match the existing finish. Payment will be made based on actual execution. The copper piping sizes for the 4.0 TR cassette-type air conditioning unit are 9.52mm x 0.8mm (liquid line) and 15.88mm x 0.9mm (suction line). Copper line make: Totaline/Max Flow/Mandev.

Supply Installation, Testing & commisssioining of DOL starter 415 V, relay rating 16-25 A, with single phase prevente, Make: Seimens, L& T

Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of Double door Distribution board of 4 Way SPN DB inclusive of DIN Rail , Earth Bar etc. make: siemens, L&T, Legrand etc.

Supply Installation & Termination of of 4 Pole Isolator of 40 Amp in existing SPN DB .

Supply and laying of 2.5 sq. mm, 4-core control cable, for connecting the indoor unit to the outdoor unit. Make: Plaza, Havells, RR Cables, Finolex, or any approved equivalent. Payment will be made based on actual execution. For (4 Tr., 2 Tr. and 1.5 Tr.)

Supply, installation, and testing of a 230V single phase motor starter 18A with a complete enclosure box, including all necessary connections (Relay setting: 11-18A). Make: Wipro, Havells, or equivalent

Supply and laying of 4.00 sq. mm, 4-core armoured PVC-insulated copper control cable from MCB DB to outdoor unit, along with double earthing using GI wire. Make: Plaza, Finolex, RR Cable, Havells, or any approved equivalent. The copper control cable will be properly saddled on the wall / terrace. Payment will be made based on actual execution.

Supply and fixing of ISI-marked extra PVC AC water drain pipe (15mm dia) wire breaded falexible for condensate water drainage with proper saddling . Make: National, Supreme, Prince, Astral, or equivalent. Payment will be made based on actual execution.

Supply and fixing of ISI-marked extra UPVC pipe (25mm/32mm dia) with 6.00mm thick closed-cell Nitrile rubber insulation, including elbows, tee sockets for condensate water drainage. Make: National, Supreme, Prince, Astral, or equivalent. Payment will be made based on actual execution.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating (Black) M.S. Cable trays with perforation not more that 17.5% in convenient sections, joined with connectors suspended from the ceiling witj M.S. Suspenders including bolts & nuts painting suspenders etc as required. The connection pipeline, Copper pipe and cable wire between Indoor and Outdoor units along with water drain pipes must not rest on the false ceiling . They should be layed above the cable tray as above. (A) 100mm Width X 50mm DepthX1.6mm Thickness
